本发明专利涉及一种胶垫，尤其涉及一种拼接式聚氨酯泡棉缓冲胶垫，属于电子产品屏幕附件技术领域。 
背景技术
聚氨酯泡棉胶垫广泛应用于电子，电脑，家电等领域，主要起到缓冲减震、防尘的作用。传统的聚氨酯泡棉胶垫设计为“回”字型结构，这种结构设计在返修时，如果胶垫发生一处破损会或是因操作者误操作导致胶垫一边破损，将要更换整个胶垫，造成整个胶垫报废，使原材料浪费极其严重。
发明内容
本发明专利目的在于提供一种能够提高原材料利用率的拼接式聚氨酯泡棉缓冲胶垫。
为达到上述目的，本发明专利采用的技术方案是：一种拼接式聚氨酯泡棉缓冲胶垫，包括胶垫本体，所述胶垫本体采用聚氨酯泡棉材料制成，所述胶垫本体由两个胶垫单元组成，分别为第一胶垫单元、第二胶垫单元；所述胶垫单元截面呈L型；所述胶垫单元一端设有凹槽，另一端设有凸台；所述第一胶垫单元的凸台设置在第二胶垫单元的凹槽内；所述第二胶垫单元的凸台设置在第一胶垫的凹槽内。
优选的，所述凹槽与凸台的宽度大小相等。
由于上述技术方案的运用，本发明专利与现有技术相比具有下列优点：
本发明的拼接式聚氨酯泡棉缓冲胶垫，由两个呈L型的胶垫单元拼接而成的，不仅返修比较容易，大大的提高了原材料利用率，而且减震、防尘的效果好。

附图2-3为本发明所述的一种拼接式聚氨酯泡棉缓冲胶垫，包括胶垫本体，所述胶垫本体采用聚氨酯泡棉材料制成，所述胶垫本体由两个胶垫单元组成，分别为第一胶垫单元1、第二胶垫单元2；所述胶垫单元截面呈L型；所述胶垫单元一端设有凹槽，另一端设有凸台；所述第一胶垫单元1的凸台4a设置在第二胶垫单元2的凹槽3b内；所述第二胶垫单元2的凸台4b设置在第一胶垫单元1的凹槽3a内;所述凹槽3a(b)与凸台4a(b)的宽度大小相等。 
由于上述技术方案的运用，本发明专利与现有技术相比具有下列优点：
本发明的拼接式聚氨酯泡棉缓冲胶垫，由两个呈L型的胶垫单元拼接而成的，不仅返修比较容易，大大的提高了原材料利用率，而且减震、防尘的效果好。

1.一种拼接式聚氨酯泡棉缓冲胶垫，包括胶垫本体，所述胶垫本体采用聚氨酯泡棉材料制成，其特征在于：所述胶垫本体由两个胶垫单元组成，分别为第一胶垫单元、第二胶垫单元；所述胶垫单元截面呈L型；所述胶垫单元一端设有凹槽，另一端设有凸台；所述第一胶垫单元的凸台设置在第二胶垫单元的凹槽内；所述第二胶垫单元的凸台设置在第一胶垫单元的凹槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种拼接式聚氨酯泡棉缓冲胶垫，其特征在于：所述凹槽与凸台的宽度大小相等。
