Claims (6)
- 양극판과 음극판 및 세퍼레이터가 적층된 구조의 전지셀과, 상기 전지셀의 일측에 마련되어 상기 양극판의 전류를 모으는 양극 탭과, 상기 음극판의 전류를 모으도록 상기 전지셀의 일측에 마련된 음극 탭과, 상기 전지셀의 충방전을 제어하는 보호회로 및 상기 각 탭과 상기 보호회로를 각각 연결하는 양극 리이드와 음극 리이드를 구비하는 2차 전지에 있어서,상기 리이드 각각은,상기 양극 탭 또는 상기 음극 탭에 접합되며, 접합되는 탭과 동일한 재질로 된 제1부재와;상기 보호회로와 동일한 재질을 가지며, 일면은 상기 제1부재에 결합되며 타면은 상기 보호회로에 연결되는 제2부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 양극 탭과 상기 양극 리이드의 제1부재 각각은 알루미늄(Al) 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 음극 탭과 상기 음극 리이드의 제1부재 각각은 구리 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1부재와 상기 제2부재는 가열용접에 의해 접합된 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 각 리이드와 상기 제1부재의 접합 및 상기 보호회로와 상기 제2부재의 접합은 초음파 용접에 의해 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 보호회로와 상기 제2부재 각각은 니켈 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지.
