Description
また、本発明の電気化学デバイスにおいては、前記絶縁性の前記板状基体は、その両面それぞれに前記第1及び第2の電極パッドが形成された突出部を有しており、前記突出部の前記第1及び第2の電極パッド間に設けられ、前記第1及び第2電極パッド間で前記電気化学素子に並列に接続された電子回路部を備え、前記電子回路部は、前記第1及び第2電極パッド間の電圧を検出し、検出された電圧値を出力端子に出力する電圧検出部を備えていることを特徴とする。
また、本発明の電気化学デバイスにおいては、前記電子回路部は、温度センサと、前記温度センサから出力される温度検出信号を、デジタル信号に変換して出力するA/Dコンバータと、を更に備えている、ことを特徴とする。
図1は、第1実施形態に係る電気化学デバイス1Aの斜視図である。また、図2は図1の矢印II方向から見た電気化学デバイス1Aの側面図であり、図3は図1の矢印III方向から見た電気化学デバイス1Aの側面図である。図1〜図3に示すように、第1実施形態に係る電気化学デバイス1Aは、保持基体(板状基体)3と、保持基体3の両面11,13に固定されているラミネート型の電気化学素子251,252とを備える。
図5は、第2実施形態に係る電気化学デバイス1Bを示す斜視図である。同図に示すように、第2実施形態に係る電気化学デバイス1Bと第1実施形態に係る電気化学デバイス1Aとの相違点は、互いに離間して設けられた2つの突出部3a,3bに替えて、その上面11及び下面13それぞれに電極パッド5a,5b及び電極パッド7a,7bを有する1つの突出部33が設けられている点と、電極パッド5aと電極パッド5bとの間に電子回路部41を更に有する点である。その他の構成は、電気化学デバイス1Aの構成と同等であるため、同一符号を付して重複説明を省略する。
Claims (3)
- 両面それぞれに第1及び第2の電極パッドを有する絶縁性の板状基体と、
前記板状基体の前記両面それぞれに固定されており、箔状の第1及び第2の電極端子を有するラミネート型の電気化学素子と、を備え、
前記第1の電極端子は、前記第1の電極パッドに電気的に接続されており、
前記第2の電極端子は、前記第2の電極パッドに電気的に接続されており、
前記板状基体の一面の前記第1の電極パッドは、前記板状基体の他面の前記第1及び第2の電極パッドの一方に対面しており、
前記板状基体の前記一面の前記第2の電極パッドは、前記板状基体の前記他面の前記第1及び第2の電極パッドの他方に対面しており、
前記板状基体は、前記板状基体を介して対面する一対の前記電極パッドの少なくとも一組を貫通する貫通孔を有しており、
少なくとも1つの前記貫通孔には導電部材が配置されており、
前記導電部材は、リベットであることを特徴とする電気化学デバイス。 - 前記絶縁性の前記板状基体は、その両面それぞれに前記第1及び第2の電極パッドが形成された突出部を有しており、
前記突出部の前記第1及び第2の電極パッド間に設けられ、前記第1及び第2電極パッド間で前記電気化学素子に並列に接続された電子回路部を備え、
前記電子回路部は、
前記第1及び第2電極パッド間の電圧を検出し、検出された電圧値を出力端子に出力する電圧検出部を備えている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気化学デバイス。 - 前記電子回路部は、
温度センサと、
前記温度センサから出力される温度検出信号を、デジタル信号に変換して出力するA/Dコンバータと、
を更に備えている、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気化学デバイス。
