Claims (5)
- 부하에 냉각액을 순환적으로 공급하기 위한 냉각액회로와, 부하의 냉각에 의해 승온한 상기 냉각액을 열교환기에서 냉매와 열교환시킴으로써 냉각하는 냉동회로와, 이들 회로를 제어하는 제어부를 보유하고 있고,상기 냉동회로가 상기 열교환기에 공급되는 냉매의 유량을 조정함으로써 냉각능력을 조정할 수 있는 밸브수단을 보유하고,상기 냉각액회로가 상기 열교환기에서 냉각된 냉각액의 온도를 측정하기 위한 온도센서를 보유하고,상기 제어부가 상기 온도센서에서 측정된 냉각액의 온도가 설정온도로 되도록 상기 밸브수단의 개방도를 조정하기 위한 회로수단을 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항온냉각액 순환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각액회로가 상기 열교환기에서 보내지는 냉각액을 수용하기 위한 탱크와, 상기 냉각액을 가열승온시키기 위한 히터와, 상기 탱크안의 냉각액을 부하에 공급하기 위한 펌프를 가지고 있고, 상기 온도센서가 상기 열교환기의 출구에 히터로 가열되기 전의 냉각액의 온도를 측정가능하도록 설치되고, 또 상기 제어부가 상기 온도센서로 측정된 냉각액의 온도가 설정온도보다 일정값이상으로 저하했을 때 상기 히터에 통전하는 기능을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 항온냉각액 순환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉동회로가 상기 열교환기내에 설치된 증발기와, 상기 증발기에서 냉각수와의 열교환에 의해 증발한 냉매를 압축해서 고온고압의 냉매가스로 하는 압축기와, 상기 압축기로부터의 냉매가스를 응축시켜 고압의 액냉매로 하는 응축기와, 상기 응축기로부터의 액냉매를 감압해서 저온화하는 팽창밸브를 보유하고, 상기 팽창밸브가 상기 회로수단으로부터의 전기신호에 의해 개방도를 컨트롤가능한 전자팽창밸브로서 냉매의 유량을 조정하기 위한 상기 밸브수단을 겸하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 항온냉각액 순환장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 냉동회로가 상기 열교환기내에 설치된 증발기와, 상기 증발기에서 냉각수와의 열교환에 의해 증발한 냉매를 압축해서 고온고압의 냉매가스로 하는 압축기와, 상기 압축기로부터의 냉매가스를 응축시켜 고압의 액냉매로 하는 응축기와, 상기 응축기로부터의 액냉매를 감압해서 저온화하는 팽창밸브를 보유하고, 상기 팽창밸브가 상기 회로수단으로부터의 전기신호에 의해 개방도를 컨트롤가능한 전자팽창밸브로서 냉매의 유량을 조정하기 위한 상기 밸브수단을 겸하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 항온냉각액 순환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부가 냉각액의 설정온도를 변경가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 항온냉각액 순환장치.
