Description
Claims (2)
- 용융된 물질을 입자화하는 장치에 있어서,A) 용융된 물질을 용융된 물질의 공급원으로부터 프리보드 영역(freeboard area)을 갖는 경사진 벽 제립 탱크(granulator tank)로 운반하기 위한 수단으로서, 상기 탱크는 (ⅰ) 상기 탱크내로 연장된 적어도 하나의 격벽에 의해 프리보드로부터 고립되는 수분 오버플로우 위어(water overflow weirs), (ⅱ) 상기 탱크를 설정 영역 및 작동 입자화 영역내로 분배하기 위한 배플(baffle), (ⅲ) 상기 작동 입자화 영역으로부터 떨어진 물질 유출을 전환하기 위한 수단, (ⅳ) 상기 탱크로부터 상기 (A)의 수단으로 고형 물질의 방출을 방해하기 위한 수단을 구비하는, 상기 운반 수단과,B) 상기 용융된 물질이 상기 (A)의 수단으로부터 상기 크래뉼레이터 탱크의 상기 작동 입자화 영역내로 방출될 때 상기 용융된 물질상으로 수분을 투입함으로써 상기 용융된 물질이 입자화된 물질로 전환되고 그 다음 상기 제립 탱크의 설정 영역내에 모이게 되는, 상기 수분 투입 수단과,C) 상기 제립 탱크의 설정 영역으로부터 상기 입자화 물질을 제거하기 위한 수단과,D) 상기 제립 탱크를 위한 가스 방출을 포착하기 위한 수단을 포함하는용융된 물질을 입자화하는 장치.
- 용융된 물질을 입자화하는 방법에 있어서,A) 용융된 물질을 제립 탱크의 입자화 영역내로 이송하기 위한 단계와,B) 상기 용융된 물질을 충분한 수분과 접촉시키고 이러한 방법으로 상기 입자화 영역에서 상기 제립 탱크가 손상되지 않는 프레틱 익스플로젼(phreatic explosions)만으로 상기 용융된 물질이 입자화된 물질로 전환되는 단계와,C) 상기 입자화된 물질을 상기 제립 탱크의 설정 영역내로 모으는 단계와,D) 상기 제립 탱크로부터 가스 방출을 모으고, 이러한 방출을 전환하여 상기 환경으로 방출하기에 적합하도록 형성하는 단계와,E) 상기 단계(B)로부터 남아 있는 상기 수분을 상기 입자화된 물질로부터 회복하고, 또 상기 회복된 수분을 상기 단계(B)로 재순환하는 단계와,F) 상기 입자화된 물질을 상기 제립 탱크의 설정 영역으로부터 제거하는 단계를 포함하는용융된 물질을 입자화하는 방법.
