Claims (14)
- (1) 300 내지 50,000의 분자량을 갖는 저분자량의 관능화된 오르가노폴리실록산 0.5 내지 10 중량부, (2) 천연고무, 부틸고무, 아크릴 수지, 우레탄 수지 또는 실리콘수지로부터 선택되는 분자량 50,000 내지 2,000,000의 점착성 수지 100 중량부, 및 필요에 따라 (3) 경화제로 구성된 박리용이성 점착제 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 저분자량의 관능화된 오르가노폴리실록산이 400 내지 30,000의 분자량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 전술한 저분자량의 관능화된 오르가노폴리실록산은 커플링제와 같은 표면처리제로 사용되는 오르가노폴리실록산인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 저분자량의 관능화된 오르가노폴리실록산이 히드록실기, 알콕시기, 아미노기, 알케닐기 또는 알키닐기로 관능화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 전술한 저분자량의 관능화된 오르가노폴리실록산은 분자량 500 내지 10,000을 가지며 분자의 양쪽 말단에 히드록실기를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 전술한 저분자량의 관능화된 오르가노폴리실록산의 양이 점착제 수지 100 중량부 당 1 내지 10 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 전술한 점착성 수지가 부틸고무 또는 아크릴 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 전술한 점착성 수지는 100,000 내지 1,500,000의 분자량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 전술한 경화제는 이소시아네이트 화합물 또는 이소시아네이트 및 오르가노틴의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 전술한 경화제는 오르가노폴리실록산에 대해서 0.1 내지 20 중량%의 양으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 메틸히드로실록산을 오르가노폴리실록산에 대해 0.1 내지 10 중량% (고형분 기준)의 양으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 또는 2항에 따른 점착제 조성물을 지지체의 한면 또는 양면에 부분적으로 또는 전체적으로 도포하여 제조된 점착 테이프.
- 제 1 또는 2항에 따른 점착제 조성물을 지지체의 한면 또는 양면에 부분적으로 또는 전체적으로 도포하여 제조된 라벨.
- 300 내지 50,000의 분자량을 갖는 저분자량의 관능화된 오르가노폴리실록산 0.5 내지 10 중량부를, 분자량 50,000 내지 2,000,000의 점착성 수지 100 중량부 및 임의의 경화제와 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 박리용이성 점착제 조성물의 제조방법.
