Claims (8)
- 잉크를 임시로 보관하기 위한 소정의 공간을 가지고, 잉크를 배출하기 위한 오프닝을 포함하는 잉크풀과,상기 잉크풀의 오프닝과 연통된 잉크공급로와,상기 잉크공급로와 연통되어, 프린팅시 잉크가 분사되는 노즐과,소정의 제어신호에 따라 상기 잉크공급로의 잉크가 상기 노즐을 통해 분사시키는데 필요한 압력을 제공하는 압전소자와,상기 잉크풀 내부에 길이방향으로 형성된 격막이 상기 잉크풀의 폭의 양끝단 사이에 복수개가 배열된 스크린을 포함하는 잉크젯헤드의 노즐막힘방지장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스크린의 격막 열(列)이 복수개인 것을 포함하는 잉크젯헤드의 노즐막힘 방지장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스크린의 격막은 기판을 소정 두께만큼 식각하여 형성된 패턴인 잉크젯헤드의 노즐막힘방지장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스크린의 격막 사이의 간격은 25∼30㎛인 잉크젯헤드의 노즐막힘 방지장치.
- 다수개의 노즐을 가진 잉크젯헤드의 노즐의 막힘을 방지하기 위한 방법으로서,상기 잉크젯헤드의 노즐 주변 및 노즐의 내경 일부에 아몰퍼스실리콘(a-Si)을 형성하는 잉크젯헤드의 노즐막힘 방지방법.
- 다수개의 노즐을 가진 잉크젯헤드의 노즐의 막힘을 방지하기 위한 방법으로서,잉크젯헤드의 노즐 주변 및 노즐의 내경 일부에 석유계 물질을 형성하는 잉크젯헤드의 노즐막힘 방지방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 석유계물질은 파라핀 왁스인 잉크젯헤드의 노즐막힘 방지방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 석유계물질을 형성하는 방법은 상기 석유계물질을 가열시킨 증기를 코팅하는 잉크젯헤드의 노즐막힘 방지방법.
