Claims (4)
- 배열 도파로 격자 광소자 (AWG) 에 있어서 출력 도파로 각각을 두개 이상으로 분기시켜 구성하는 AWGB 소자 및 방법.
- 제 1 항에서 분기된 출력 도파로의 파장 교차점을 이용, 대수 증폭기 (Log. Amplifier) 를 통해 얻은 출력비가 1 보다 증가하거나 감소하는 양의 크기로부터 실제 신호광파장의 위치를 계산, 감시하는 방법
- 제 1 항에서 분기된 출력 도파로에 온도제어를 위해 한 채널을 기준 광원으로 할당하여 온도변화에 의한 파장 오차를 계산, 이를 온도 제어회로를 통해 교정하는 방법.
- 배열 도파로 격자 광소자 (AWG) 에 있어서 출력 도파로 사이에 ASE port를 추가하여 광 신호 대 잡음비 (OSNR) 을 측정하는 방법.
