Claims (5)
- 독립기포율 70 % 이상, 평균기포직경 10 ㎛ 이상 400 ㎛ 이하, 밀도 10 ㎏/㎥ 이상 70 ㎏/㎥ 이하이고, 독립기포 중에 플루오로탄화수소를 함유하고, 요소가교구조를 갖는 페놀수지구조로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 페놀수지 발포체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 페놀수지구조가 페놀수지의 열분해 가스크로마토그래피의 열분해패턴에 있어서, 열분해 생성물의 트리메틸페놀의 비율 A 의 열분해 생성물의 페놀의 비율 B 에 대한 비 C=A/B 가 0.2 이상 4.0 이하이고, 열분해 생성물의 요소가교유래의 성분 D 의 페놀유도체성분 E 에 대한 비 F=D/E 가 0.03 이상 0.3 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 페놀수지 발포체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 열전도율이 0.018 kcal/mhr℃ 이하, 취성 (脆性) 이 30 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 페놀수지 발포체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플루오로탄화수소가 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄 또는 1,1-디플루오로에탄 또는 1,1,1,2,2-펜타플루오로에탄 중 적어도 1 종류인 것을 특징으로 하는 페놀수지 발포체.
- 레졸수지와 메틸올화요소로 이루어지는 레졸수지 조성물을 플루오로탄화수소를 발포제로서 발포, 경화시키고, 요소가교구조를 형성시켜 이루어지고, 독립기포율 80 % 이상, 평균기포지경 20 ㎛ 이상 300 ㎛ 이하, 밀도 20 ㎏/㎥ 이상 50 ㎏/㎥ 이하, 열전도율 0.018 kcal/mhr℃ 이하, 취성 30 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 페놀수지 발포체.
