Claims (7)
- 이동국이 원천 시스템의 서비스 범위 지역으로부터 목적 시스템의 서비스 범위 지역으로 이동하며 상기 목적 시스템을 포착하기 위한 첫번째 시도가 실패한 무선 통신 시스템에서, 상기 이동국과의 통신 중단을 방지하는 방법에 있어서,상기 이동국으로부터 상기 원천 시스템으로 일련의 매개변수 데이타 세트를 전송하는 단계;상기 원천 시스템에서 상기 매개변수 데이타를 수신하는 단계;상기 매개변수 데이타에 따른 탐색 리스트를 상기 원천 시스템에서 생성하는 단계;및상기 제 2 탐색 리스트에 따라 상기 이동국에서 상기 목적 시스템의 포착을 시도하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이동국에서 상기 매개변수 데이타를 측정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 매개변수 데이타를 측정하는 상기 단계는 상기 목적 시스템의 파일롯 신호의 신호 강도를 측정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 매개변수 데이타를 측정하는 상기 단계는 미리 결정된 탐색 매개변수 세트에 따라 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 탐색 매개변수 세트는 상기 원천 시스템에 의해 상기 이동국으로 전송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 원천 시스템으로부터 상기 이동국으로 상기 탐색 리스트를 전송하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 이동국이 원천 시스템의 서비스 범위 지역으로부터 목적 시스템의 서비스 범위 지역으로 이동하는 것을 포함하는 무선 통신 시스템에서, 상기 원천 시스템으로부터 상기 목적 시스템으로 핸드 오프를 제공하는 방법에 있어서,상기 원천 시스템으로부터 상기 이동국으로 탐색 매개변수 데이타 세트를 전송하는 단계;상기 매개변수 셋과 일치하여 상기 이동국에서 상기 목적 시스템의 유효성을 결정하는 단계;상기 이동국에서 상기 원천 시스템으로 상기 목적 시스템의 유효성을 나타내는 메세지를 전송하는 단계;상기 이동국의 상기 메세지에 따라 상기 목적 시스템에 포착 매개변수를 생성하는 단계;및상기 포착 매개변수의 세트에 따라 상기 이동국에서 상기 목적 시스템의 포착을 시도하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
