Claims (8)
- 대체로 오목한 작동 절삭날과 비작동 절삭날의 연결부에서 예각의 삽입체 절삭 모서리를 제공하는 절삭 삽입체를 교환 가능하게 수용하는 공구 홀더를 포함하고, 공작물 상에 계단형 직각 견부를 선삭하기 위한 절삭 공구 조립체에 있어서,상기 절삭 삽입체는 대체로 사각형의 형상이고, 상기 절삭 삽입체는 절삭 공구 조립체의 평면도에서 상기 절삭날을 따른 동일한 거리에서 상기 작동 절삭날과 계단형 직각 견부의 제1 면 사이의 간극이 상기 비작동 절삭날과 계단형 직각 견부의 제2 면 사이의 간극보다 작도록 배치되며, 상기 제1 면으로부터 최소 간극을 두고 있는 작동 절삭날을 따른 위치는 절삭 공구 조립체의 최대 절삭 깊이를 절삭 삽입체의 측면의 길이보다 작도록 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 공구 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 직각 견부의 단부면과 원통면은 각각 상기 제1 면과 제2 면을 구성하고, 제한된 최대 반경 방향 절삭 깊이의 계단형 직각 견부를 선삭하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 공구 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 직각 견부의 원통면과 단부면은 각각 상기 제1 면과 제2 면을 구성하고, 제한된 최대 축방향 절삭 깊이의 계단형 직각 견부를 선삭하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 공구 조립체.
- 대체로 사각형인 상부면과, 하부면과, 인접한 측방향 부분 사이에서 중앙 부분을 각각 가지는 네 개의 대체로 오목한 옆날에서 상기 상부면과 교차하는 측면을 포함하고, 인접한 측면 부분의 각각의 쌍이 예각의 삽입체 절삭 모서리에서 만나는 절삭 삽입체에 있어서,각각의 상기 중앙 부분은 대체로 직선이고, 각각의 상기 예각의 삽입체 절삭 모서리의 각은 83°± 5°의 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 삽입체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 상부면과 하부면을 가로지르는 중앙 관통 구멍을 가지고, 각각의 중앙 부분은 상기 관통 구멍과 적어도 동일 공간 상에서 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 삽입체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 절삭 삽입체는 양면형이며, 음형 릴리프 플랭크 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 삽입체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 절삭 삽입체는 양면형이며, 이중의 양형 릴리프 플랭크 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 삽입체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 절삭 삽입체는 단면형이며, 양형 릴리프 플랭크 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 삽입체.
