Claims (18)
- 침강 실리카를 함유하는 지지체 상에 흡수된 하나 이상의 액체를 포함하는 상태조정된 조성물로서, 상기 실리카가 실질적으로 구형 비드 형태이며, 하기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물:- 150 ㎛ 초과의 평균 비드 크기,- 0.29 초과의 충전 밀도 (PFD),- 92 중량% 이상의 75 ㎛ 체 잔류물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 실리카가 200 ㎛ 이상, 특히 200 내지 290 ㎛ 의 평균 비드 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 실리카가 0.30 이상, 특히 0.31 이상의 충전 밀도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리카가 93 중량% 이상, 특히 94 중량% 이상의 75 ㎛ 체 잔류물을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리카가 250 ㎖/100 g 이상, 바람직하게는 250 내지 280 ㎖/100 g, 특히 255 내지 275 ㎖/100 g 의 DOP 오일 흡수가를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리카가 1㎛ 미만의 직경을 갖는 세공으로 이루어진 세공 부피 (Vdl) 1.95 ㎤/g 미만, 특히 1.90 ㎤/g 미만을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리카가 노즐 분무기를 사용하여 침강에 의해 수득된 실리카 현탁액을 건조시킴으로써 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 건조 전에 실리카 현탁액이 22 내지 24 중량%, 바람직하게는 22.5 내지 23.5 중량% 의 고체 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물이 50 중량% 이상, 특히 50 내지 65 중량% 의 액체 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체가 동물 사료용 방부제, 향료, 착색제 또는 액체 보충물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체가 비타민 E 또는 비타민 E 아세테이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물이 97 중량% 이상, 특히 98 중량% 이상의 75 ㎛ 체 잔류물을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물이 50 g 및 통로 직경 8 mm 에 대해 10 초 미만, 바람직하게는 9 초 미만의 유동 시간 tf를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 액체 지지체, 특히 동물 사료용 액체 보충물로서 침강 실리카의 용도로서, 실리카가 실질적으로 구형 비드 형태이며 하기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도:- 150 ㎛ 초과, 바람직하게는 200 ㎛ 초과의 평균 비드 크기,- 0.29 초과, 바람직하게는 0.30 이상의 충전 밀도 (PFD),- 92 중량% 이상, 바람직하게는 93 중량% 이상의 75 ㎛ 체 잔류물.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 실리카가 250 ㎖/100 g, 바람직하게는 250 내지 280 ㎖/100 g 의 DOP 오일 흡수가를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 14 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서, 실리카가 1 ㎛ 미만의 직경을 갖는 세공으로 이루어진 세공 부피 (Vdl) 1.95 ㎤/g, 바람직하게는 1.90 ㎤/g 을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 14 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리카가 노즐 분무기를 사용하여 침강에 의해 수득된 실리카 현탁액을 건조시킴으로써 생성되며, 바람직하게는 상기 실리카 현탁액이 건조되기 이전에 22 내지 24 중량% 의 고체 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 14 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체가 비타민 E 또는 비타민 E 아세테이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
