Description
・沈降反応を次の態様で実施する:
(i)珪酸塩と電解質とを含む初期供給原料を形成し、ここで、該初期供給原料中における珪酸塩の濃度(SiO2として表す)は100g/L未満であり、該初期供給原料中における電解質の濃度は17g/L未満であり、
(ii)該酸性化剤を該供給原料に少なくとも7の反応媒体のpH値が得られるまで添加し、
(iii)該反応媒体に酸性化剤と珪酸塩とを同時に添加し、
・24重量%を超えない固形分を有する懸濁液を乾燥させ、
ここで、該方法は、次の3つの操作(a)、(b)及び(c)のうち一つを含む:
(a)工程(iii)の後に、少なくとも1種のアルミニウム化合物Aと塩基性剤とを該反応媒体に同時に添加し、
(b)工程(iii)の代わりに、珪酸塩と少なくとも1種のアルミニウム化合物Aとを該反応媒体に同時に添加し、
(c)工程(iii)を、該反応媒体に酸性化剤と珪酸塩と少なくとも1種のアルミニウム化合物Bとを同時に添加することにより実施する

(c)工程(iii)の間に、酸性化剤と、珪酸塩と、少なくとも1種のアルミニウム化合物Bとを反応媒体に同時に添加し、ここで、この方法で実施される分離は、好ましくはろ過及びこのろ過により得られたケークの崩壊を含み、この際、該崩壊を、随意に少なくとも1種のアルミニウム化合物Bの存在下で実施する。
(iv)少なくとも1種のアルミニウム化合物Aと塩基性剤とを反応媒体(すなわち、得られた反応懸濁液又はブロス)に、6.5〜10、特に7.2〜8.6の反応媒体のpH値が得られるまで同時に添加し、続いて
(v)該反応媒体に酸性化剤を3〜5、特に3.4〜4.5の反応媒体のpH値が得られるまで添加する。
FD=10×V/粒度計によって測定された懸濁液の光学密度(この光学密度は約20である)。
装置:
・較正pH計(1/100までの読みの精度)
・ガラス電極の組み合わせ
・200mLビーカー
・100mLメスシリンダー
・0.01g以内の精度を有する天秤。
5gのシリカを200mLのビーカー内で0.01g以内で秤量する。続いてメスシリンダーを使用して測定した95mLの水をシリカ粉末に添加する。こうして得られた懸濁液を10分間にわたってしっかりと撹拌する(磁気撹拌)。続いてpHの測定を行う。
次のものを、パドル撹拌システム及び外部電気ヒーターを備えるステンレススチール反応器に導入する:
・29.335kgの水
・509gのNa2SO4
・3.44に等しいSiO2/Na2O重量比及び20℃で1.232に等しい密度を有する17.3kgの水性珪酸ナトリウム。
・CTAB比表面積 158m2/g
・BET比表面積 178m2/g
・アルミニウムの重量含有量 1.5%
・V2/V1比 47%
・pH 7.5
次のものを、パドル撹拌システム及び外部電気ヒーターを備えるステンレススチール反応器に導入する:
・29.35kgの水
・509gのNa2SO4
・3.44に等しいSiO2/Na2O重量比及び20℃で1.230に等しい密度を有する、17.2kgの水性珪酸ナトリウム。
・CTAB比表面積 135m2/g
・BET比表面積 160m2/g
・アルミニウムの重量含有量 2.7%
・V2/V1比 40%
・pH 6.7。
Claims (6)
- 珪酸塩と酸性化剤とを沈降反応させ、それによって沈降シリカの懸濁液を得、その後この懸濁液を分離し乾燥させることを含むタイプの、アルミニウムを含有する沈降シリカの製造方法であって、
・該沈降反応を次の態様で実施し:
(i)珪酸塩と電解質とを含む初期供給原料を形成し、ここで、該初期供給原料中における珪酸塩の濃度(SiO2として表す)は100g/L未満であり、該初期供給原料中における電解質の濃度は17g/L未満であり、
(ii)該酸性化剤を該供給原料に少なくとも7の反応媒体のpH値が得られるまで添加し、
(iii)該反応媒体に酸性化剤と珪酸塩とを同時に添加し、
・24重量%を超えない固形分を有する懸濁液を乾燥させ、
ここで、該方法は、次の操作(c)を含む:
(c)該工程(iii)を、該反応媒体に酸性化剤と珪酸塩と少なくとも1種のアルミニウム化合物とを同時に添加することによって実施する、
前記方法。 - 珪酸塩と酸性化剤とを沈降反応させ、それによって沈降シリカの懸濁液を得、その後この懸濁液を分離し乾燥させることを含む請求項1に記載の方法であって、
・沈降反応を次の態様で実施する:
(i)珪酸塩と電解質とを含む初期供給原料を形成し、ここで、該初期供給原料中における珪酸塩の濃度(SiO2として表す)が100g/L未満であり、該初期供給原料中における電解質の濃度が17g/L未満であるものとし、
(ii)該酸性化剤を少なくとも7の反応媒体のpHが得られるまで該供給原料に添加し、
(iii)酸性化剤と珪酸塩と少なくとも1種のアルミニウム化合物Bとを該反応媒体に同時に添加し、
・24重量%を超えない固形分を有する懸濁液を乾燥させる、
前記方法。 - 工程(iii)後に、酸性化剤を前記反応媒体に添加することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記化合物Bがアルミン酸アルカリ金属である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記分離がろ過及び該ろ過により得られたケークの粉砕を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥を噴霧により実施することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
