Ocher dyeing method

The present invention relates to a method of dyeing products made of natural fibers such as calico, ore, ramie, hemp, and burlap using excellent loess with excellent dyeing uniformity and color fastness.

Ocher dyeing is one of the traditional dyeing methods. It is well known that natural fiber products dyed with ocher have a long-term infrared effect and produce a thermostatic effect, and are beneficial to health by blocking harmful electromagnetic waves. There are advantages such as making urban people feel the natural beauty of their hometown, so there is a growing interest in ocher dyeing.

However, the conventional ocher dyeing method has a problem that the yellow soil is not uniformly introduced, staining and the like frequently occur, and also the color is changed by washing and even the discoloration itself is uneven.

In order to solve this problem, chemicals may be used, but in this case, a new problem arises in which the inherent advantages of ocher dyeing are lost.

Therefore, the present invention is to achieve a higher quality ocher dyeing using a natural material as a technical problem.

In the study of the present inventors to solve the above problems, the addition of soybean water before, after, or before the addition of ocher water to the fiber products, it is surprising that the staining agent and dye fastness is excellent and the color can be achieved ocher staining vivid Discovering the facts to complete the present invention.

Therefore, according to the present invention, in the method of dyeing ocher natural fiber products, ocher dyeing method is characterized in that the soybean water is added before, after, or before and after adding the natural fiber product.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail.

An important feature of the present invention is to concurrently inject soybeans in ocher dyeing cloth, clothing, apron, muffler, tablecloth, etc. made of natural fibers such as calico, ore, ramie, hemp, burlap. When the bean water is added in parallel with the ocher water, the ocher water is uniformly and clearly introduced, and after dyeing, the soil color is uniform and vivid for a long time.

Soybean water may be added before the ocher in the natural fiber product, or after the ocher, or may be added before and after the ocher. Preferably, they are added before and after the ocher.

In addition, although not particularly limited, it is preferable that the use of boiled water of elm as the water used to prepare the ocher has the effect of making the ocher dye more clear.

In addition, although not particularly limited, it is preferable to add squid ink to the yellow soil so that the dyeing quality can be further improved.

In addition, it is preferable to carry out ocher water under heating with salt, but it is preferable to carry out at room temperature in the absence of salt after a pattern or a picture is drawn with acrylic paint on the natural fiber product to be dyed. It is preferable to use sun salt as the salt. In addition, when boiled with salt, it is preferable that the ocher is sufficient so that the product to be dyed does not float out of the ocher.

On the other hand, natural fiber products to be dyed in the present invention is not necessarily made. For example, you can dye a white t-shirt, meriyasu, shirt, or hanbok that has been worn for a long time.

Sowing in the present invention can be used a conventional method used to dye traditional jangpan and the like.
