Description

The present invention relates to a method of dyeing cotton fabrics such as cotton fiber or cotton cloth, cotton fabrics, calico, mineral wood, ramie, hemp, burlap and the like using ocher.

Ocher dyeing is a unique dyeing method of Korea that has been handed down for a long time.

Until now, they have only finely sifted ocher, poured water, added salt to the fine ocher clay, and then dyed cloth or clothes.

However, this dyeing method has only a slight disadvantage that the clay soil particles are attached only slightly between the fibers and the fibers.

As a result, some dyeers have tried to make up for the drawbacks of ocher removal by using a chemical dye called a fixing agent on the loess.

However, the ocher dyeing fiber using this fixing agent has no constant temperature effect because it cannot fire far infrared rays, which is inherent in ocher fiber, and it does not release anion, which is a vitamin in the air, and eliminates the active enzyme called karataze. I was doing a dyeing method that lost all its merits.

°종래의 잘못된 황토염색 방법을 개선하여 황토염색의 단점인 물이 잘빠지는 것을 방지하기 위하여 접착력이 강한 강물염색을 황토염색후에 감물염색을 입힌다는점,° The strong adhesiveness of strong water dyeing is applied after ocher dyeing in order to improve the conventional method of ocher dyeing and to prevent water from falling off, which is a disadvantage of ocher dyeing.

In addition, the characteristic of persimmon dyeing to the fabric is attached to the fabric, because the use of the fabric for a long time, cold weather, moisture resistance is the technical feature of this yellow soil dyeing method.

The ocher dyeing method of the present invention is to improve the conventional wrong ocher dyeing method to save the characteristics of the natural loess as it is, and also to include the characteristics of chewing cloth characteristic of persimmon dyeing.

The present invention will be described in detail as follows.

In the ocher dyeing fabrics such as natural wood, calico, calico, burlap, hemp, and ramie which is an important feature of the present invention, the dyeing method is characterized by dyeing the persimmon dye after natural soil dyeing.

After dyeing the ocher, suck the cloth of ocher dyed natural fiber, dry it well, and add persimmon.

The reason for the persimmon is because there are three characteristics.

1. Once persimmon is dyed, it never falls out. Among the unique dyeing methods of our country, ink dyeing and persimmon dyeing are famous for never falling out of water. Ocher particles, which fell well, are completely adhered to natural fibers due to the strong dyeing of persimmon dye, and water never falls out.

2, persimmon color is yellowish color similar to that of ocher. Therefore, even though the persimmon dyeing is hard, it has a clear and subtle ocher brown color unique to ocher.

3, when persimmon meets natural fibers Persimmon contains a tannin ingredient called diosphrine, which makes the oligomer of natural fiber strong and strong. If you eat a lot of persimmon, the stool is hardened due to this tannin component. have. Therefore, mixing the dyeing of persimmon with ocher dyeing makes the fabric of natural fiber tough and durable.

As mentioned above, the ocher dyeing method of dyeing the ocher dye and then dyeing the persimmon on the natural fiber will be quickly understood in view of the following examples.

(Example)

50 liters of fine clay powder was prepared by sifting the clay soil. 200 liters of water was poured into the loess, stirred well, and left overnight. The next day, all the debris and impurities floated on the water, leaving only the ocher soil and running out of water. This procedure was repeated four times to obtain 50 liters of clay soil.

2.5 liters of salt was poured into the contaminated loess and stirred well.

Into the loess soil was put 30 hemp natural fibers and whisked well so that the loess soil could be heard well between fiber fibers. The ocher cloth which cut ocher soil well dried in the sun

Then, 20 liters of persimmons were prepared, and sun-dried cloth was put in the persimmons and the persimmons were given.

The reason why we can't mix ocher and persimmon at once is persimmon because it is a kind of fruit. Therefore, it is a good dyeing method to give ocher dye first after ocher dyeing.

The cloth that gave the persimmons was hung well in the sun and sprinkled with water for three days, and the ocher brown color became clear and subtle.

(Comparative Example)

In order to test the loess cloth obtained by adding ocher to natural fiber and persimmon, the color fastness test and the strength test showed that the color fastness was superior to other loess cloth.

As described above, the present invention does not use any chemicals such as fixing agents, and uses only natural persimmons, so that the yellow soil is well adhered to the fiber as compared with the conventional ocher dyeing method, and the ocher dyeing property is not possessed. It is a dyeing method that has developed the characteristics of many aspects that have the effect of toughening fibers, which is an advantage.
