Description
본 발명은 탱자수액을이용한건축용황토조성물에 관한 것이다. 예로부터 황토는 건축자재나 각종생활자기 등의 소재로서 사용되어오고 있으며, 또한 건강보조재료나, 황토식·음료등 다양하게 사용된 이래로 최근 토질개선이나, 바다의 적조현상의 예방 및 제거 등에 사용되는등, 그 이용활로가 점차확대 재평가 되고 있는 실정이다. 상기와 같은 황토의 원광석인 로에스(Loess)는 회황색물질로 염화칼륨, 염화칼륨질토 제4기층의 퇴적물로 한반도와 중국 서북부, 화북지방에 널리 퇴적되어 있다. 최근 이러한 황토를 이용해 건축용벽체용 벽돌이나 온돌미장용 건축소재로 다시 각광받기 시작한 이래로 전통적으로 황토에 짚이나 한천, 석회등을 혼합해 미장용이나 벽체마감용 소지(素地)로 사용되다가, 최근에는 시멘트나 공업용접착제 등을 혼합해 강도를 높였던 것이 일반적인 기술이였다.The present invention relates to an architectural ocher composition using tanza sap. 본 발명에서는 통상 건축용벽체용 벽돌이나 온돌미장용 건축소재로 다시 각광 받기 시작한 이래로 전통적으로 황토에 짚이나 한천, 석회등을 혼합해 미장용이나 벽체마감용소지로 사용하는 조성물에 있어서, 건축용도에 요하는 강도를 높이기 위한 방법임에는 수긍이 가지만, 최근 매스컴과 언론등에 의해 황토에 대한 긍정적인 효능으로 상온에서의 원적외선방사와 습도조절, 전자파흡수, 방충, 방균, 수맥차단, 곰팡이번식방지, 탈취등의 작용과 인체에 있어서 혈액순환촉진과 발한촉진, 신경통, 요통, 관절염완화 등에 대한 효능이 보도되면서 순수황토만의 무소성(無燒成)제품으로 이용되어야 함에도 불구하고 건축자재에 요하는 내구성을 보완하기 위해 황토에 전래적으로 알려진 각종 배합제 외에 시멘트나 공업용본드 등을 혼합사용함을 지향하고, 무소성 건축소재로 적합한 강도와 황토소재 그자체의 특질이 보존된체 사용되도록 함이 본 발명이 이루고자 하는 기술적인 과제이다.In the present invention, since it started to be spotlighted as a building material for building bricks and ondol plastering, it is traditionally used to mix straw, agar, lime, etc. with ocher and use it for plastering or wall finishing. 본 발명에 따라 배합형성된 탱자수액을이용한건축용황토조성물에 의해 제조되는 건축재에 의해서는 황토분말 1티스푼에 수천종의 유용한 미생물이 존재하고 있는 살아있는 생명체로서, "동의보감"에는 "약성이 풍부한 호황토"로 기록되어 있으며, "본초강목"의 토부에는 "황토를 흙중의 가장으뜸의 약"이라고 기술되여 있듯이 상기와 같이 본 발명에 의한 점질성이 강한 수용성 느릅나무껍질파쇄수액과 탱자수액에 의한 물리적인 결합작용과 펄프에 의한 가교작용으로 인하여 배합됨으로서 시멘트나 공업용본드에 의한 강도의 보완이 아니더라도 건축용판넬이나 벽돌재, 또는 미장 마감재로서 이용됨으로서, 4mm 두께로 2∼3회 미장된 벽체는 수축과 균열도는 여타의 무소성 방식의 황토배합조성물에 비하여 매우 우수하였고, 배합체로 가미된 탱자향과 느룹나무의 향기가 은은하게 베인 환경친화적 건축자재로서 재건축시에도 100% 무공해로 처리되는 유용한 발명인것이다.According to the present invention, as a building material manufactured by an architectural ocher composition using tanza sap, which is formed according to the present invention, one teaspoon of loess powder contains thousands of useful microorganisms.
