Description
Claims (13)
- 용액을 분사-로스팅 함으로써 산 용액, 특히 금속염을 함유하는 용액으로부터 산의 추출 및/또는 재생방법으로서, 단시간의 분사-로스팅을 한 후에, 분사-로스팅과 분리되며 특히 더 장시간의 후-로스팅을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 산 용액으로부터 산의 추출 및/또는 재생방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 후-로스팅 시간이 10-20분인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 분사-로스팅을 약 500-600℃에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 후-로스팅을 약 400-500℃에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 후-로스팅을 약 800-1100℃에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 후-로스팅을 예를 들면, 수소, 수증기, 메탄 또는 일산화탄소와 같은 환원분위기에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 용액을 분사-로스팅 함으로써 산 용액, 특히 금속염을 함유하는 용액으로부터 산을 재생 및/또는 추출하기 위한 플랜트로서, 분사-로스터(1) 다음에, 분사-로스터와 분리된 후-로스터부(4)를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 산 용액으로부터 산을 재생 및/또는 추출하기 위한 플랜트.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 증발부(분사-로스터(1))와 산화부(후-로스터 부분(4))의 분위기를 분리하는 장치(3)를 구비하는 것이 특징인 플랜트.
- 제 7 항 또는 8 항에 있어서, 후-로스팅부(4)가 가열장치(5)를 구비한 것이 특징인 플랜트.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 가열 장치가 가스버너(6)인 것을 특징으로 하는 플랜트.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 가열 장치가 간접적으로 가열하는 분사 파이프인 것을 특징으로 하는 플랜트.
- 제 7 항 내지 11 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 교반 레이크(rake)가 구비된 것이 특징인 플랜트.
- 제 7 항 내지 12 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 예를 들면 수소, 수증기, 메탄 또는 일산화탄소와 같은 환원 가스용 공급 파이프가 구비된 것이 특징인 플랜트.
