본 발명은 다수의 구멍(5,6)이 있는 벽을 구비한 슬리브형 중심부(1)가 제공되는 높이 조절이 가능한 척추 대용품에 관한 것으로, 중심부는 그의 제 1 엣지에 인접한 좌회전식 나삿니와 그의 제 2 엣지에 인접한 우회전식 나삿니를 포함한다. 원주형 제 1 부분(7)은 나삿니와 대응하는 하나의 한 나사형 부분과 연결되고 원주형 제 2 부분(9)은 나삿니와 부합되는 다른 나사형 부분과 연결된다. 2개 부분(7,9)은 자체의 자유 엣지에 제공된 다수의 톱니(8)를 구비한다.

Description

높이 조절이 가능한 척추 대용품
독일 실용 신안 91 07 494.0에는, 높이 조절이 가능한 척추 대용품 및 회전하는 로드에 대해 렌치 결합을 위한 중심부, 좌회전식 나사를 갖는 연속부 및 우회전식 나사선이 구비된 반대 제 2 부를 포함하는 나사형 로드가 개시되어 있다. 대응하는 나사선이 구비된 각각의 지지 부재는 나사선이 설치된 각 부분과 연결되어 있다. 지지 부재는 축에 평행한 방향으로 돌출한 갈퀴(prong)가 있는 자유면을 갖는다. AT-B-395 524, US-A-4,657,550 및 DE-C-30 23 942호는 높이 조절이 가능한 다른 척추 이식체가 공개되어 있다.
본 발명은 높이 조절이 가능한 척추(vertebra) 대용품에 관한 것이다.

도 3은 부분적 단면을 나타내는 변형된 실시예를 도시한다; 그리고
도 4는 두가지 다른 조절 위치에서의 실시예를 도시한다.
본 발명의 목적은 기계적으로 간단하고 이용하기 쉽고, 동시에 크기를 증가시키는 높이 조절이 가능한 척추 대용품을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 상기목적은 제 1 엣지에 인접한 좌회전식 나사와 제 2 엣지에 인접한 우회전식 나사, 다수의 구멍(5,6)이 있는 벽을 구비한 원주형 제 1 부분(7) 그리고 다수의 구멍(5,6)이 있는 벽을 구비한 원주형 제 2 부분(9)을 포함하는 슬리브-형상 중심부(1)를 갖춘 높이 조절이 가능한 척추 대용품으로서, 제 1 부분(7)은 좌회전식 나사에 부합되는 나사선을 갖고 제 2 부분(9)은 우회전식 나사에 부합되는 나사선을 갖고, 2개 부분은 그 자체의 자유단에 제공된 제 1 엣지에 다수의 톱니(8)를 포함하는 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 높이 조절이 가능한 척추 대용품으로 달성된다. 또한 본 발명의 전개는 종속항에 정의된다.
또한 본 발명의 특징 및 장점은 도면을 참조한 실시예의 설명으로 분명해진다.
높이 조절이 가능한 척추 대용품은 원통의 중심부(1)를 갖는다. 중심부는 중심부의 축방향을 따르는 중앙에 상승된 링(2) 및 양측상에 인접한 나사형 부분(3,4)을 포함한다. 나사형 부분 중의 하나는(3) 좌회전식 나사로써 형성되고 다른 부분(4)은 우회전식 나사로써 형성된다. 링(2) 주변에는 구멍들(5)이 분포되고 나사형 부분(3,4)은 동축으로 배열된 마름모꼴의 구멍(6)을 갖는다.
또한 원주형 제 1 부분(7)은 그의 내측에 나사형 부분(4)의 나삿니와 부합되는 나삿니를 포함한다. 제 1 부분(7)의 동작으로 나사형 부분(4) 쪽이 조여진다. 벽이 주변으로 그리고 축으로 오프셋 위치에 제공된 마름모꼴 구멍(6)을 갖는 물질로 형성된다. 주변에 위치된 다수의 톱니들이 링(2)으로부터 떨어져 면하는 제 1 부분의 자유단에 형성된다. 도 1에 나타난 것처럼 톱니들은 마름모꼴(6)이 일렬로 중심 라인을 따라 주변 방향의 엣지에 위치됨으로써 형성된다.
제 2 부분(9)은 그 내부 나삿니가 나사형 부분(3)의 나삿니와 부합된다는 것만이 제 1 부분과 다르다. 제 2 부분의 동작으로 나사형 부분(3) 쪽으로 조여진다.
바람직하게, 두 개의 나사형 부분(3,4)에서의 마름모꼴 구멍(6)은 크기가 같고 제 1 및 제 2 부분의 마름모꼴처럼 특정 배열을 갖는다. 링(2)의 외부 직경은 각각 제 1 및 제 2 부분(7,9)의 외부 직경과 대체로 같다.
대체용 물질은 각각, 티타늄 박판금 또는 티타늄 튜브로; 언제라도 생물학적 호환성 있는 물질이어야 한다.
지지될 부분들 사이가 서로 조여지는 동안 상술된 척추 대용품 작동으로 간단히 위치되고 그의 높이는 링(2)의 회전으로 조절된다. 도 4a에 따르면 척추 대용품은 최소 높이를 갖는 처음 위치로 거의 완전히 조여지는 반면, 도 4b에 나타낸 위치에서의 높이는 조여지지 않음으로써 증가된다. 인접 부분과의 결합은 톱니(8)에 의해 회전에 대해 보호된다.
속이 빈 척추 대용품 내부에 채워질 뼈 물질은 구멍(5,6)을 통해 쉽게 주입될 수 있다.
도 3은 상술된 척추 대용품에 대한 회전 나삿니 잠금의 실시예를 나타낸다. 캡나사 또는 그로브나사(11)는, 중심부의 나사형 부분에 대응하는 나삿니가 도 3에 나타낸 방법으로 결합하는 방식으로 링(2)을 면하는 제 1 부분(7)의 단부(10)에 방사상 방향으로 장착되어, 잠금 처리 효과가 있다. 도 3에 나타나듯이 그로브나사는 제 1 부분의 재킷 내에 제공된 나삿니에 의해 연장된다.
도 2에 나타낸 것처럼 각각의 부분들(7,7`,9)의 재킷의 모양은 적당한 박판 전단 가공의 사용에 의해 인접한 척추와의 결합으로 발생되는 단부 표면(12)의 경사 조절이 쉽고, 그 때문에 바람직한 경사에 대응하는 부분(13)이 기울어진 결합 표면(12`)을 생성하는 것이 가능하다. 새로운 결합 표면(12`) 물질의 선택으로 또한 대응하는 톱니(8`)가 포함된다. 나사(11) 움직임으로 중심부(1) 내지 링(2) 회전에 의해 높이가 조절된후 고정되고 그로 인해 안정한 잠금 상태가 조여지지 않은 상태에 대해 보호된다.

Claims (7)

  1. 제 1 엣지에 인접한 좌회전식 나사와 제 2 엣지에 인접한 우회전식 나사가 형성된 슬리브-형상의 중심부(1) ; 다수의 구멍(5,6)이 있는 벽을 구비한 원주형 제 1 부분(7) ; 그리고 다수의 구멍(5,6)이 있는 벽을 구비한 원주형 제 2 부분(9)을 포함고, 상기 제 1 부분(7)에는 좌회전식 나사에 부합되는 나사가 형성되어 있고 상기 제 2 부분(9)에는 우회전식 나사에 부합되는 나사가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 2개 부분은 자체의 자유 단부에 제공된 제 1 엣지에 다수의 톱니(8)를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 높이 조절이 가능한 척추 대용품.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 각 부분(7,9)의 나삿니가 상기 제 1 엣지 반대편의 제 2엣지에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 높이 조절이 가능한 척추 대용품.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 중심부(1)의 나삿니가 수나사로서 형성되고 상기 2개 부분들의 나삿니가 암나사로서 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 높이 조절이 가능한 척추 대용품.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 나사선이 형성된 부분(3,4) 사이에 부분(5)이 제공되어 중심부(1)가 상기 2개 부분(7,9)을 기준으로 중심부(1)를 회전시킬 수 있도록 되어 있는 것을 특징을 하는 높이 조절이 가능한 척추 대용품.
  5. 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중심부(1)가 1개 이상의 부분(7,8)을 중심으로 회전하는 것을 방지하는 장치(11,12)가 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 높이 조절이 가능한 척추 대용품.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 벽 부분(7,9)과 중심부 각각의, 구멍들(5,6)이 각각 사각형 또는 다이아몬드형(8)으로 형성되어 중공체의 축 방향으로 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 높이 조절이 가능한 척추 대용품.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 티타늄 박판금 또는 티타늄 튜브 물질이 재료로 각각 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 높이 조절이 가능한 척추 대용품.
