Abstract
一种高度可调整的椎骨体代用品,它具有一个其壁设有多个孔(5、6)的套筒状中心件(1),该中心件具有一邻接其第一边缘的左旋螺纹和邻接其第二缘的右旋螺纹。一圆柱形的第一部件(7)通过相应的螺纹连接到一个螺纹部而圆柱形的第二部件(9)通过相应的螺纹连接到另一个螺纹部。两部件(7、9)都有带许多孔(8)的壁。两部件(7、9)都有许多设在其自由边缘上的齿(8)。
Description
本发明涉及一种高度可调整的椎骨体代用品。
德国实用新型专利9107494.0中披露了一种高度可调整并带有一螺杆的椎骨体代用品,螺杆包括:一用来与旋转该螺杆的扳手接合的中部,一具有左旋螺纹的邻接部和与其相对的具有右旋螺纹的第二部。在各螺纹部上分别连接有一个具有相应螺纹的支撑件。支撑件在其暴露的断面上设有若干与轴向相平行的方向凸出的尖齿。在文献AT-B-395 524、US-A-4,657,550和DE-C-30 23 942中描述了其他高度可调的椎骨体植入物。
本发明的目的在于提供一种高度可调整的椎骨体代用品,该椎骨体代用品具有机械结构简单和易于使用的特点,并可实现良好的共生。
本发明的上述目的是通过权利要求1所限定的高度可调整的椎骨体代用品实现的。而本发明的进一步的发展被限定在从属权利要求中。
通过结合附图对实施例的描述会得出本发明的其它特点和优点。

高度可调整的椎骨体代用品具有一圆柱形的中心件1。该中心件包括沿中心件轴向中部设置的凸环2和于两侧邻接的螺纹部3和4。其中的一个螺纹部3被设计成左旋螺纹而另一个螺纹部4被设计成右旋螺纹。凸环2具有沿周向分布的若干孔5,螺纹部3和4具有同轴取向的菱形孔6。
另外,还设置有一个设计成圆柱形的第一部件7,该第一部件包括在内表面上与螺纹部4螺纹相配合的螺纹。在操作中,第一部件7拧紧到螺纹部4上。壁由一种具有沿周向分布且轴向偏置布置的菱形孔6的材料构成。第一部件在其在远离凸环2的自由端部形成多个沿周向相互间隔开的齿。如图1所示,通过将边缘在周向方向沿一层菱形孔6中心线方向定位而形成上述多个齿。
第二部件9仅在构成其与螺纹部3的螺纹相配合的内螺纹上区别于第一部件。在操作中,第二部件9拧紧到螺纹部3上。
在两个螺纹部3和4上的菱形孔6最好与第一和第二部件上的菱形具有相同的尺寸和空间布置。凸环2的外径基本上相同于各第一和第二部件7、9的外径。
代用品的材料最好是钛金属片或是钛管;无论如何应是生物相容性材料。
在操作中,所述椎骨体代用品在被拧紧在一起的状态下很容易置于待支承的部件之间,通过旋转凸环2可调整其高度。根据图4a,椎骨体代用品几乎完全地旋在一起而处于最小高度的初始位置上,而在图4b所示的位置上高度因拧开而增加。通过齿8实现与邻接部件的传扭接合。
被引入到中空椎骨体代用品内部的骨组织能极易穿过孔5和6生长。
图3示出了用于上述椎骨体代用品的一种螺旋扭转保险装置的实施形式。在第一部件7的朝向凸环2的端部10沿径向方向将一带帽螺钉或平头螺钉设置成,使其以图3所示的方式,与中心件相应的螺纹部分上的螺纹接合用于止动并起到固定装置的作用。如图3所示,平头螺钉导入第一部件外壁上所设置的螺纹孔中。
如图2所最清楚示出的那样,每一部件7、7’、9的外壁的设计应使得,通过利用适合的薄板剪,以相应的所希望的倾斜角剪下一部分13,并由此得到倾斜的接触面12’,从而可方便地调节与相邻椎骨体相接合的端面12的倾斜度。由于材料的选择,新的接触面12’也同样包括相应的齿8’。
在操作中,在通过旋转中心件1的凸环2而调整了高度以后将螺钉11锁定,进而得到一种稳定的不会自行松脱开的固定。
Claims (7)
1.一种高度可调整的椎骨体代用品,它包括:
套筒状的中心件(1),所述中心件具有与其第一边缘邻接的左旋螺纹和与其第二边缘邻接的右旋螺纹;
一圆柱形的具有一个设有多个孔(5、6)的壁的第一部件(7)和一圆柱形的具有一个设有多个孔(5、6)的壁的第二部件(9),其中,第一部件(7)具有与左旋螺纹相配合的螺纹以及第二部件(9)具有与右旋螺纹相配合的螺纹,并且两部件在其自由端部所提供的第一边缘上均包括多个齿(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高度可调整的椎骨体代用品,其特征是每一部件(7、9)的螺纹设置在与第一边缘相对的第二边缘上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高度可调整的椎骨体代用品,其特征是中心件的螺纹被设计成外螺纹而上述部件的螺纹被设计成内螺纹。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的高度可调整的椎骨体代用品,其特征是中心件(1)包括设置在螺纹部(3、4)之间的部分(5),用以相对于两部件(7、9)而旋转中心件(1)。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的高度可调整的椎骨体代用品,其特征是还提供有一用于锁定中心件(1)防止其相对于至少一个部件(7、8)旋转的装置(11、12)。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的高度可调整的椎骨体代用品,其特征是分别在部件(7、9)的壁和中心件的壁上的孔(5、6)被设计成基本上沿中空体的轴向延伸的四边形或菱形(8)。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的高度可调整的椎骨体代用品,其特征是所用的材料可分别选择钛金属片或钛金属管。
