Claims (5)
- 전류 검출용 소자의 양 단자 사이의 전압을 검출하고, 그 출력 검출 신호를 지연시킬 수 있는 충방전 제어회로에 있어서,복수 개의 전압을 검출하기 위한 전압 검출 회로와;복수 개의 검출 지연 시간을 형성할 수 있는 지연 회로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충방전 제어회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전압 검출 회로는 복수 개의 기준 전압 회로와, 복수 개의 비교 회로를 구비하며, 상기 기준 전압 회로 각각의 기준 전압치는 다양한 것을 특징으로 하는 충방전 제어회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전압 검출 회로는 기준 전압 회로와 복수 개의 비교 회로를 구비하며, 각 비교 회로의 옵셋이 각각 다양한 것을 특징으로 하는 충방전 제어회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 지연 회로는 복수 개의 정전류원과 커패시터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충방전 제어회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 지연 회로의 검출 지연 시간은 온도에 따라 다양하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 충방전 제어회로.
