Abstract

본 고안은 리어 시트 백 매트에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 폴딩용 리어 시트 백의 폴딩시 시트 백 매트가 전방으로 딸려나오는 것을 방지할 수 있는 자동차용 리어 시트 백 매트에 관한 것이다.
본 고안의 자동차용 리어 시트 백 매트는, 시트 쿠션(10)에 회동가능하게 연결되는 리어 시트 백(20)과; 상기 리어 시트 백(20)에 장착되는 시트 백 매트(30)와; 상기 시트 백 매트(30)의 끝단에 봉제되는 벤드(40)와; 상기 벤드(40)를 러기지 매트(50)의 하부에 위치하는 플로어 패널(60)의 홀(61)에 고정시키는 클립(70)을 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성이다.

Description

자동차용 리어 시트 백 매트
본 고안은 리어 시트 백 매트에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 폴딩용 리어 시트 백의 폴딩시 시트 백 매트가 전방으로 딸려나오는 것을 방지할 수 있는 자동차용 리어 시트 백 매트에 관한 것이다.
통상적으로, 도 1에 도시되는 바와 같이 자동차의 리어 시트 백(1)에는 시트 백 매트(2)가 장착되고, 시트 백 매트(2)의 끝단 위에는 러기지 매트(3)가 그대로 올려져 있거나, 양쪽에 매직테이프가 붙은 구조로 구성된다. 이때 폴딩용 리어 시트백(1)은 시트 쿠션(4)에 회동가능하게 연결되고, 상기 시트 백 매트(2)의 끝단은 플로어 패널(5)에 위치한다.
그러나, 종래 구조의 자동차용 리어 시트 백 매트는 시트 백 매트(2)의 끝단이 단순히 플로어(5)와 러기지 매트(3)의 사이에 놓여져 있기 때문에, 리어 시트백(1)의 폴딩시 시트 백 매트(2)가 전방으로 딸려나오거나 러기지 매트(3)를 전방으로 끌어내어 외관이 좋지 않은 문제가 존재하였다.
본 고안은 상기 설명한 종래 구조의 자동차용 리어 시트 백 매트에 내재되었던 문제점을 해결하기 위해 이루어진 것으로, 본 고안의 목적은 폴딩용 리어 시트 백의 폴딩시 시트 백 매트가 전방으로 딸려나오는 것을 방지할 수 있는 자동차용 리어 시트 백 매트를 제공함에 있다.

상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안에 의하면, 시트 쿠션에 회동가능하게 연결되는 리어 시트 백과; 상기 리어 시트 백에 장착되는 시트 백 매트와; 상기 시트 백 매트의 끝단에 봉제되는 벤드와; 상기 벤드를 러기지 매트의 하부에 위치하는 플로어 패널의 홀에 고정시키는 클립을 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 리어 시트 백 매트가 제공된다.
따라서, 폴딩용 리어 시트 백의 폴딩시 시트 백 매트가 전방으로 딸려나오는 것을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
이하에서는 양호한 실시예를 도시한 첨부 도면과 관련하여 본 고안의 자동차용 리어 시트 백 매트를 상세하게 설명한다.
본 고안의 도면 전체를 통하여 동일한 부분에는 동일한 도면부호를 사용하기로 한다.
도 2와 도 3 도시와 같이, 시트 쿠션(10)에 회동가능하게 연결되는 리어 시트 백(20)과; 상기 리어 시트 백(20)에 장착되는 시트 백 매트(30)와; 상기 시트 백 매트(30)의 끝단에 봉제되는 벤드(40)와; 상기 벤드(40)를 러기지 매트(50)의 하부에 위치한 플로어 패널(60)의 홀(61)에 고정시키는 클립(70)을 구비하여 구성된다.
상기 벤드(40)는 적당한 탄력을 가지는 재질을 사용하고, 플로어 패널(60)에는 클립(70)이 체결되는 홀(61)을 천공한다.
상기와 같이 구성된 자동차용 리어 시트 백 매트의 작동을 이하에서 설명한다.
리어 시트 백(20)을 폴딩시키면 플로어 패널(60)에 클립(70)을 통해 고정된 벤드(40)가 당겨주기 때문에, 종래와 같이 시트 백 매트(30)가 전방으로 딸려나오거나 러기지 매트(50)를 전방으로 끌어내는 문제점이 해소되므로 외관문제가 개선된다.
또한, 자동차용 시트 백 매트(30)와 러기지 매트(50)와의 독립적 매칭이 가능하다.
본 고안의 상기한 바와 같은 구성에 따라, 폴딩용 리어 시트 백의 폴딩시 시트 백 매트가 전방으로 딸려나오는 것을 방지할 수 있는 등 유용한 효과가 얻어진다.
본 고안을 특정의 바람직한 실시예에 관련하여 도시하고 설명하였지만, 이하의 실용신안등록청구의 범위에 의해 마련되는 본 고안의 정신이나 분야를 이탈하지 않는 한도내에서 본 고안이 다양하게 개조 및 변화될 수 있다는 것을 당 업계에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 용이하게 알 수 있다.

  1. 시트 쿠션(10)에 회동가능하게 연결되어 리어 시트 백(20)과; 상기 리어 시트 백(20)에 장착되는 시트 백 매트(30)와; 상기 시트 백 매트(30)의 끝단에 봉제되는 벤드(40)와; 상기 벤드(40)를 러기지 매트(50)의 하부에 위치하는 플로어 패널(60)의 홀(61)에 고정시키는 클립(70)을 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 리어 시트 백 매트.
