Abstract
본 고안은 자동차의 전후방에 부착되어 외부로부터의 충격을 흡수하는 범퍼 보강구조에 관한 것으로, 범퍼 페이셔의 내면상에 제공되는 보강부재의 내면상에 제 2 보강부재를 제공하여 범퍼 페이셔의 전방 프레임과 일체적으로 고정시키게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 범퍼 구조를 제공한다.
Description
본 고안은 자동차의 전후방부에 장착되는 범퍼 구조에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 자동차 차체의 전후방부에는 외부의 범퍼 페이셔와 내부 포움재 및 보강부재로 구성된 범퍼가 장착되어 외부로부터의 충격이 가해지는 경우 충격 흡수부재로서 사용되며, 이러한 범퍼 페이셔의 표면상에는 차량의 번호판이 부착될 수도 있다.
그런데, 이러한 종래의 범퍼 구조에 있어서, 범퍼의 내부에 제공되는 보강부재는 스테이를 사용하여 중공 형상의 강철 빔을 전방 프레임상에 고정시키는 구조로 되어 있으나 이러한 구조는 단순한 범퍼 강도 보강구조로서 충격 흡수가 미약한 문제점이 있었다.
따라서, 본 고안은 이러한 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 이러한 범퍼 보강부재의 구조를 개선하여 강도 보강 뿐만 아니라 충격 흡수를 원활하게 이룰 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 고안은, 자동차의 전후방에 부착되어 외부로부터의 충격을 흡수하는 범퍼 보강구조로서, 범퍼 페이셔의 내면상에 제공되는 보강부재의 내면상에 제 2 보강부재를 제공하여 범퍼 페이셔의 전방 프레임과 일체적으로 고정시키게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 범퍼 구조를 제공한다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 고안의 양호한 실시예를 보다 상세하게 설명한다.
도 1 은 본 고안에 따른 자동차 범퍼 구조를 나타내는 단면도이다.
도시된 바와 같이, 본 고안에 따르면, 범퍼 페이셔(1)의 내면상에 제공되는 보강부재(1)의 내면상에 제 2 보강부재(4)를 제공하여 범퍼 페이셔(1)의 전방 프레임과 일체적으로 고정시키게 된다.
이상 상술된 바와 같이, 본 고안에 따른 자동차의 범퍼 보강구조에 의하면, 보강부재의 내면상에 제 2 보강부재를 제공하므로써 충격 흡수성을 향상시키게 되는 효과가 있다.

- 자동차의 전후방에 부착되어 외부로부터의 충격을 흡수하는 범퍼 보강구조로서, 범퍼 페이셔의 내면상에 제공되는 보강부재의 내면상에 제 2 보강부재를 제공하여 범퍼 페이셔의 전방 프레임과 일체적으로 고정시키게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 범퍼 구조.
