Abstract
우렁쉥이 수확시 우렁쉥이들 양식로푸로부터 쉽게 분리하기 위한 기계로서 양식로푸를 회전칼이 끝에 붙어 있는 회전파이프 안으로 관통시키고 그 파이프를 회전시켜 우렁쉥이를 쉽게 분리되도록 한 것이다.
Description
우렁쉥이를 양식할때는 그종단을 굵은로푸줄에 붙여서 바다물에 넣어 키우게 되는데 양식기간이 끝난후 수확할때는 우렁쉥이가 로푸줄에 그림A와 같이 엉켜 붙어있게 된다.
이렇게 로푸줄에 붙어있는 우렁쉥이를 분리하기 위하여 지금까지는 사람이 손으로 일일이 그것을 떼어내었다.
이와같은 불편한 수작업을 대신하기 위하여 고안한 것이 우렁쉥이 분리기인데 이것을 도면을 통하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저 바다에서 끌어올린 로푸의 끝을 회전칼(1)을 통과하여 회전 파이프(2)안으로 집어넣는다. 다음에 전원을 넣어 모타(3)를 돌리면 벨트(4)로 연결되어 있는 회전파이프(2)가 회전하게 되고 동시에 회전칼(1)도 회전하므로 그것이 로푸에 붙어있는 우렁쉥이들 로푸로부터 분리시키는 것이다. 이때 회전파이프(2)를 통과한 로푸를 뒤에서 당기게 되면 로푸에 붙어있는 우렁쉥이는 계속 분리되고 분리된 우렁쉥이는 분산날개(5)에 닿아 사방으로 흩어져 밑으로 쌓이게 되는 것이다. 한편 우렁쉥이가 붙어있는 로푸의 진입각도가 수시로 변할수 있으므로 각도 조절회전축(6)에 의하여 회전파이프(2)의 각도도 동시에 조절되는 것이다.
