Description
Claims (11)
- 기압조절이 가능한 챔버와,상기한 챔버 내에 설치한 액정패널을 가열하는 가열수단과,상기한 가열수단과 접촉되지 않은 액정용기로 이루어진 액정주입장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기한 가열수단이 근접에 의해서 열전달이 되는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정주입장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기한 액정용기에 냉각장치가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정주입장치.
- 액정판넬의 주입구가 위치한 진공챔버와 주입구 이외의 액정판넬이 위치한 상압챔버와 나뉘어지는 챔버와,상기한 상압챔버에 설치된 가열수단과,상기한 진공챔버에 설치된 액정용기로 이루어진 액정주입장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 챔버 안에 칸막이가 설치되어 상압챔버와 진공챔버로 나누는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정주입장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기한 가열수단이 상압챔버 내의 대기를 매질로 하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정주입장치.
- 챔버 안에 액정패널, 가열수단 및 액정용기를 준비하는 준비단계와,액정패널을 가열시키는 가열단계와,상기한 챔버를 저압상태로 하여 액정판넬의 내부를 저압상태로 만드는 배기단계와,상기한 액정패널의 주입구에 상기한 액정이 담긴 용기를 접촉시켜 액정패널의 내부의 저압상태를 유지시키는 진공유지단계와,상기한 챔버에 공기를 유입하여 챔버를 상압상태로 만드는 가압단계와,상기한 챔버 내에 있는 액정패널로 액정을 주입시키는 액정주입방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기한 액정패널의 가열이 판넬에 근접된 가열수단으로 부터의 열전도에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정주입방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기한 액정용기가 냉각수단에 의해서 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정주입방법.
- 액정판넬의 주입구가 위치한 진공챔버와 주입구 이외의 액정판넬이 위치한 상압챔버로 나뉘어진 챔버 안에, 상기한 상압챔버에 설치된 가열장치와, 상기한 진공챔버에 설치된 액정용기를 준비하는 준비단계와,상기한 액정패널을 가열하는 가열단계와,상기한 챔버를 저압상태로 하여 액정판넬의 내부를 저압상태로 만드는 배기단계와,상기한 진공챔버내에서 액정패널의 주입구에 상기한 액정이 담긴 용기를 접촉시켜 액정패널의 내부를 저압상태로 유지시키는 진공유지단계와,상기한 진공챔버내에 공기를 유입하여 챔버를 상압상태로 만드는 가압단계와,상기한 챔버 내에 있는 액정패널로 액정을 주입시키는 액정주입방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기한 가열수단이 대기의 대류에 의해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정주입방법.
