Claims (3)
- 정특성 서미스터단자(5)와 이소자의 전극면(10a)(10b)에 각각 대향설치되는 탄성단자(7a)(7b)를 수장하는 절연 내열성 하부케이스(1)와 이 하부케이스(1)를 덮는 상부케이스(2)로 이루어져 외부접속용 플러그를 갖는 무접점 기동장치에 있어서,상기 하부케이스(1)에 탄성단자(7a)(7b)를 삽입할 경우 정특성 서미스터의 전극면(10a)(10b)과 탄성단자(7a)(7b)의 접촉부위가 마찰을 일으키지 못하게 방지하기 위하여 상기 하부케이스(1)내에 수평판(3a)(3b)을 설치하고,상기 탄성단자(7a)(7b)가 정특성 서미스터의 평면부 한 가운데 시점에서 상기 하부케이스(1)의 수평판(3a)(3b)이 끝나게 되어 상기 탄성단자(7a)(7b)와 서미스터 전극면(10a)(10b)이 접촉되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 무접점 기동용 정특성 서미스터 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄성단자(7a)(7b)에 굴곡부위(8a)(8b)를 형성하여 상기 하부케이스(1)의 수평판(3a)(3b)을 통과할 때 생기는 역 탄성력에 의한 탄성단자(7a)(7b)의 탄성능력이 저하되는 것을 방지하도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 무접점 기동용 정특성 서미스터 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 탄성단자(7a)(7b)의 탄성접촉부위(9a)(9b)가 2접점이상 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 무접점 기동용 정특성 서미스터 장치.
