Description
도 1은 종래의 카운터밸런스 타입의 4륜식 지게차를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 지게차의 조향 차축 조립체를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 지게차의 조향 차축 조립체를 나타내는 분해 사시도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 지게차의 조향 차축 조립체를 나타내는 평면도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 지게차의 조향 차축 조립체에 구비된 전동모터의 동력축과 허브가 조립되는 상태를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 지게차의 조향 차축 조립체에 구비된 전동모터와 너클이 조립되는 상태를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 지게차의 조향 차축 조립체를 나타내는 부분 확대 단면도이다.

Claims (8)
- 지게차의 차체 프레임 하부에서 폭 방향으로 구비되는 액슬 빔(Axle Beam)에 설치되어 한 쌍의 후륜 조향 작용을 수행하는 조향 실린더를 구비하는 지게차의 조향 차축 조립체에 있어서,
상기 액슬 빔의 양단에 각각 설치되어 일정 각도로 선회하도록 마련되는 너클(Knuckle);
상기 후륜이 장착되는 허브;
상기 허브에 선택적으로 동력을 전달하여 보조동력으로 활용되는 전동모터; 및
상기 전동모터의 작동을 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하고,
상기 전동모터는 상기 허브와 상기 너클 사이에 장착되어 상기 허브가 상기 너클과 함께 선회하도록 마련되며,
상기 허브는 중심에 상기 전동모터가 배치되도록 중공부를 구비하고,
상기 전동모터는 상기 중공부 내에서 2종 베어링에 의해 상기 허브에 지지되며,
상기 전동모터는
모터 하우징과,
상기 모터 하우징으로부터 돌출되어 회전력을 출력하는 동력축과,
상기 모터 하우징의 외측 반경방향으로 돌출된 플랜지부를 구비하고,
상기 동력축은 상기 허브와 결합되고, 상기 모터 하우징은 상기 플랜지부가 체결부재를 통해 상기 너클에 장착됨에 따라 고정되는 지게차의 조향 차축 조립체. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 동력축은 끝단 외주면에 스플라인(Spline) 기어가 형성되어 상기 허브와 스플라인 결합되는 지게차의 조향 차축 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 너클에는 상기 모터 하우징의 일부를 수용하도록 수용부가 마련되고,
상기 동력축의 반대측에 배치되는 상기 모터 하우징의 일부가 상기 수용부에 수용되는 지게차의 조향 차축 조립체. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전동모터에 전력을 제공하는 배터리를 더 구비하고,
상기 배터리는 상기 전동모터의 역기전력에 의해 전기 에너지가 충전되는 지게차의 조향 차축 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전동모터는 상기 지게차의 주행 보조 또는 조향 보조 또는 바퀴의 빠짐에 따른 비상탈출 시 보조동력을 제공하도록 상기 제어부에 의해 제어되는 지게차의 조향 차축 조립체.
