Claims (18)
- 커버 기재;
상기 커버 기재 상에 제공되는 제1 비산 방지 코팅층;
상기 제1 비산 방지 코팅층 상에 제공되는 중간층;
상기 중간층 상에 제공되는 제2 비산 방지 코팅층; 및
상기 제2 비산 방지 코팅층 상에 제공되는 점착층을 포함하고,
상기 제1 비산 방지 코팅층 및 상기 제2 비산 방지 코팅층은 상기 중간층의 상면, 하면, 및 적어도 일 측면을 감싸고,
상기 중간층의 상기 일 측면 중 상기 제1 비산 방지 코팅층에 의해 커버되지 않는 영역은 상기 제2 비산 방지 코팅층에 의해 커버되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 커버. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 중간층은 평면상에서 볼 때 상기 제1 비산 방지 코팅층 및 상기 제2 비산 방지 코팅층보다 작은 면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 커버. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 중간층은 상기 보호 커버의 가장자리를 따라 연장되는 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 커버. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 중간층의 두께는 상기 제1 비산 방지 코팅층 및 상기 제2 비산 방지 코팅층의 두께의 합보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 커버. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 비산 방지 코팅층의 두께는 상기 제1 비산 방지 코팅층의 두께와 같거나 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 커버. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 커버 기재는 가요성(Flexibility)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 커버. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 비산 방지 코팅층과 상기 제2 비산 방지 코팅층은 서로 다른 재질을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 커버. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 비산 방지 코팅층 및 상기 제2 비산 방지 코팅층은 각각 에폭시 아크릴레이트 수지, 폴리에스터 아크릴레이트 수지, 폴리에테르 아크릴레이트 수지, 우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지, 아크릴 아크릴레이트 수지, 불포화 폴리에스터, 우레탄 수지, 아크릴로나이트릴-부타다이엔-스타이렌(ABS) 수지 및 고무 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 커버. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 커버 기재는 10㎛ 내지 150㎛의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 커버. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 커버 기재는 유리를 포함하고, 상기 유리는 이온 교환된 화학 강화층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 커버. - 제1항에 있어서,
5.7g의 펜을 낙하시켰을 때, 상기 보호 커버가 파손되는 상기 펜의 낙하 높이가 8㎝ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 커버. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 중간층은 상기 보호 커버에 무늬를 부여하기 위한 장식층인 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 커버. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 점착층과 상기 중간층 사이에는 상기 제2 비산 방지 코팅층이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 커버. - 영상을 표시하는 표시 패널; 및
상기 표시 패널 상에 제공되는 보호 커버를 포함하고,
상기 보호 커버는
커버 기재;
상기 커버 기재 상에 제공되는 제1 비산 방지 코팅층;
상기 제1 비산 방지 코팅층 상에 제공되는 중간층;
상기 중간층 상에 제공되는 제2 비산 방지 코팅층; 및
상기 제2 비산 방지 코팅층 상에 제공되는 점착층을 포함하고,
상기 제1 비산 방지 코팅층 및 상기 제2 비산 방지 코팅층은 상기 중간층의 상면, 하면, 및 적어도 일 측면을 감싸고,
상기 중간층의 상기 일 측면 중 상기 제1 비산 방지 코팅층에 의해 커버되지 않는 영역은 상기 제2 비산 방지 코팅층에 의해 커버되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 표시 패널 및 상기 보호 커버는 가요성(Flexibility)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 커버 기재는 10㎛ 내지 150㎛의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 중간층은 평면상에서 볼 때 상기 제1 비산 방지 코팅층 및 상기 제2 비산 방지 코팅층보다 작은 면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 중간층은 상기 보호 커버에 무늬를 부여하기 위한 장식층인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
