상기 박막 트랜지스터와 연결되도록 제1 전극을 형성하는 단계,
상기 패드와 연결되도록 패드 보조 부재를 형성하는 단계,
상기 패드 보조 부재와 인접하도록 투명한 도전 물질로 더미 패턴을 형성하는 단계,
상기 제1 전극, 상기 패드 보조 부재 및 상기 더미 패턴 위에 희생층을 형성하는 단계,
상기 희생층 위에 절연층을 형성하는 단계,
상기 절연층 위에 지붕층을 형성하는 단계,
상기 희생층을 제거하여 상기 제1 전극과 상기 절연층 사이에 미세 공간을 형성하고, 상기 패드 보조 부재와 상기 절연층 사이 및 상기 더미 패턴과 상기 절연층 사이에 더미 미세 공간을 형성하는 단계,
상기 지붕층 위에 덮개막을 형성하는 단계, 및
상기 기판의 주변 영역 위에 위치하는 상기 덮개막 및 상기 절연층을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 표시 장치의 제조 방법. - 제11 항에 있어서,
상기 절연층을 패터닝하여 상기 더미 미세 공간의 적어도 일부를 노출시키는 주입구를 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하고,
상기 주입구는 상기 패드 보조 부재 및 상기 더미 패턴과 중첩하는 표시 장치의 제조 방법. - 제11 항에 있어서,
상기 더미 패턴은 상기 패드 보조 부재 및 상기 제1 전극과 동일한 층에 위치하고, 동일한 물질로 이루어지고,
상기 더미 패턴은 인듐-주석 산화물 또는 인듐-아연 산화물로 이루어지는 표시 장치의 제조 방법. - 제11 항에 있어서,
상기 패드 및 상기 패드 보조 부재는 제1 방향을 따라 연장되어 있고,
상기 더미 패턴은 상기 제1 방향을 따라 상기 패드 보조 부재와 인접하는 제1 더미 패턴을 포함하는 표시 장치의 제조 방법. - 제14 항에 있어서,
상기 더미 패턴의 폭은 20㎛ 이상인 표시 장치의 제조 방법. - 제14 항에 있어서,
