Claims (11)
- 어류를 사육할 수 있게 형성되며, 사육수에 공기 및 산소를 공급할 수 있게 형성된, 양식수조; 및
상기 양식수조의 입수측 및 출수측에 각각 연결되어 상기 양식수조에 공급될 사육수를 폐순환시킬 수 있게 구비되며, 상기 어류의 양식 과정에서 발생되는 암모니아, 배설물 및 기타 유기 잔류물을 세균을 활성화시켜 분해하고 상기 어류의 먹이로 전환가능한 바이오플락을 상기 사육수에 공급하고 수질을 안정화시킬 수 있게 형성된, 미생물활성조를 포함하고,
상기 미생물활성조는,
상기 양식수조의 출수측에 연결되어 미생물을 일차적으로 활성화시킬 수 있게 형성된 제1미생물활성조; 및
상기 제1미생물활성조에 연결되어, 상기 제1미생물활성조를 경유한 사육수를 이차적으로 활성화시킬 수 있게 형성된 제2미생물활성조를 포함하며,
상기 제2미생물활성조는 상기 제1미생물활성조에 대하여 낮은 수위를 갖도록 형성되고,
상기 제1미생물활성조와 상기 제2미생물활성조의 사이의 연결부에서 상기 사육수가 월류될 수 있게 형성되고,
상기 연결부에, 상기 제1미생물활성조에서 월류되는 사육수에 포함된 유기 고형물을 거를 수 있게 형성된 바이오스폰지가 배치되고,
상기 제1미생물활성조와 상기 제2미생물활성조는 구획벽에 의하여 나뉘어지도록 형성되고,
상기 구획벽에 평행한 박스 형태로 형성되며 상기 바이오스폰지를 수용할 수 있는 수용부가 포함되며,
상기 바이오스폰지는 상기 수용부 내에서 1/2의 높이로 채워지도록 형성되고,
상기 미생물활성조의 출수측에 연결되며, 상기 미생물활성조를 거친 사육수를 공급받아 식물을 재배하고 상기 사육수는 상기 양식수조에 공급시킬 수 있게 형성된, 식물재배유닛이 포함된, 무환수형 바이오플락 양식시스템.

상기 제1미생물활성조에 설치되고, 상기 제1미생물활성조의 사육수의 산도(pH)를 조절할 수 있게 형성된 산도조절부를 더 포함하는, 무환수형 바이오플락 양식시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양식수조는,
사육수를 저수할 수 있게 형성된 수조본체;
상기 수조본체 내에서 상기 사육수의 수류를 만들 수 있게 설치된 제1펌프;
산소를 발생시킬 수 있게 형성된 산소발생기;
상기 제1펌프의 출수부쪽에 연결되며, 상기 산소발생기에서 공급된 산소를 용해시킬 수 있게 형성된 산소용해부; 및
상기 수조본체의 중앙 하부에 둘레방향을 따라 공기방울을 산기시켜 상기 사육수의 선회류의 속도 저하에 따른 고형물의 침강을 방지할 수 있게 형성된, 에어링을 포함하는, 무환수형 바이오플락 양식시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 제1미생물활성조에 설치되며, 수류를 만들 수 있게 형성된 제2펌프;
상기 산소발생기와 연결되어 상기 제1미생물활성조에 산소를 공급하는 제1산소공급부; 및
상기 산소발생기와 연결되어 상기 제2미생물활성조에 산소를 공급하는 제2산소공급부를 포함하는, 무환수형 바이오플락 양식시스템.
