도 2는 본 발명의 셀룰로오스 결정의 제조장치를 보여주는 도면이다.
도 3은 도 2의 셀룰로오스 용액 내의 셀룰로오스 결정을 보여주는 도면이다.
도 4는 도 2의 셀룰로오스 용액의 가압 횟수에 따른 셀룰로오스 결정의 비율을 보여주는 그래프이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 셀룰로오스 결정의 제조장치의 일 예를 보여주는 도면이다.
Claims (5)
- 물과, 셀룰로오스 원료를 포함하는 셀룰로오스 용액을 준비하는 단계;
상기 셀룰로오스 용액을 상온보다 높은 온도로 가열하는 단계; 및
노즐을 이용하여 상기 셀룰로오스 용액을 가압하고 상기 셀룰로오스 원료를 분쇄하여 셀룰로오스 결정을 생성하는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 셀룰로오스 용액은 85℃ 내지 90℃의 온도로 가열되고, 20회 내지 30회 가압되는 셀룰로오스 결정의 제조방법.
