Claims (7)
- 로터(9)와 스테이터(10)를 구비한 제너레이터(2) 및 휠 세트 베어링 유닛(3)을 포함하는, 레일 차량용 제너레이터 시스템(1)으로서, 이때 휠 세트 베어링 유닛(3)은 휠 세트 샤프트의 지지를 위한 베어링 및 베어링 하우징(4)을 포함하고, 휠 세트 샤프트의 단부면에는 단부 캡(5)이 배치되어 단부 캡(5)과 휠 세트 샤프트 사이에 일체로 회전하는 연결부가 제공되며, 스테이터(10)는 베어링 하우징(4)과 연결되는, 레일 차량용 제너레이터 시스템에 있어서,
단부 캡(5)의 외측 주연면(7)에는 마찰 휠(8)이 배치되며, 마찰 휠(8)은 제너레이터(2)의 로터(9)로서 형성되고,
스테이터(10)는 로터(9)의 반경방향 내측에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 레일 차량용 제너레이터 시스템(1). - 제1항에 있어서, 단부 캡(5)과 마찰 휠(8)은 그 외측 주연면(7)에서 서로 상응하는 프로파일부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 레일 차량용 제너레이터 시스템(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단부 캡(5)의 외측 주연면(7)은 모래 유형의 재료로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는, 레일 차량용 제너레이터 시스템(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단부 캡(5)의 외측 주연면(7)은 탄성 고무 표면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 레일 차량용 제너레이터 시스템(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 베어링 하우징(4)은 베어링을 부분적으로 둘러싸는 것을 특징으로 하는, 레일 차량용 제너레이터 시스템(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 베어링 하우징(4) 내에는 2열 롤러 베어링이 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는, 레일 차량용 제너레이터 시스템(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제너레이터(2)는 회전축을 포함하고, 상기 회전축은 반경 방향으로 베어링 하우징(4)의 윤곽 내부에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는, 레일 차량용 제너레이터 시스템(1).
