Abstract
본 발명의 일양태에 따르면 탈곡부의 부하에 기반한 콤바인 주행 속도 조절 장치가 제공되고, 콤바인 주행 속도 조절 장치는, 탈곡부의 회전축에 설치되어 탈곡통의 부하값을 측정하기 위한 부하 측정부; 및 부하 측정부에서 측정된 탈곡통의 부하에 따라 콤바인의 주행 엔진을 제어하기 위한 주행 제어부를 포함하고, 주행 제어부는, 부하 측정부에서 측정된 부하를 수신하기 위한 통신부; 통신부를 통해 측정된 부하에 기반하여 정상 부하여부를 판단하는 부하 판단부; 및 부하 판단부에서 판단된 부하 여부에 따라 엔진 출력을 제어하기 위한 엔진 출력 제어부를 포함하여 구성된다.

Claims (6)
- 탈곡부의 부하에 기반한 콤바인 주행 속도 조절 장치에 있어서,
탈곡부의 회전축에 설치되어 탈곡통의 부하값을 측정하기 위한 부하 측정부; 및
부하 측정부에서 측정된 탈곡통의 부하에 따라 콤바인의 주행 엔진을 제어하기 위한 주행 제어부를 포함하고,
주행 제어부는,
부하 측정부에서 측정된 부하를 수신하기 위한 통신부;
통신부를 통해 측정된 부하에 기반하여 정상 부하여부를 판단하는 부하 판단부; 및
부하 판단부에서 판단된 부하 여부에 따라 엔진 출력을 제어하기 위한 엔진 출력 제어부를 포함하고,
상기 부하 측정부는 탈곡통의 탈곡축에 설치되는 스트레인 게이지이며,
상기 스트레인 게인지는 탈곡축의 비틀림 및 토크를 측정하기 위해 그리드의 방향이 45°방향으로 비틀어져 있는 2축 비틀림 게이지인 것을 특징으로 하는
탈곡부의 부하에 기반한 콤바인 주행 속도 조절 장치.

상기 통신부는 부하 측정부으로부터 측정된 부하값을 실시간으로 수신하도록 구성되고, 통신부는 유선 또는 무선 통신 방식으로 측정된 부하값을 수신하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는
탈곡부의 부하에 기반한 콤바인 주행 속도 조절 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,
부하 판단부는 통신부를 통해 실시간으로 수신된 부하값을 미리결정된 기준 부하 범위와 비교하여 적정 부하 상태인지 또는 과부하 상태인지를 판단하도록 구성되고,
상기 엔진 출력 제어부는 과부하 상태인 것으로 판단된 경우 엔진 출력을 감소시킬 것을 엔진에 명령하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는
탈곡부의 부하에 기반한 콤바인 주행 속도 조절 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 엔진 출력 제어부는 정적 부하 상태인 것으로 판단된 경우 엔진의 현재 출력을 유지할 것을 엔진에 명령하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는
탈곡부의 부하에 기반한 콤바인 주행 속도 조절 장치.
