Claims (17)
- (a1) 적어도 하나의 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 코폴리머 성분 A1,
(a2) 충격 개질제로서 적어도 하나의 아크릴로니트릴 스티렌 아크릴레이트 그라프트 코폴리머 A2,
(a3) 임의로, 성분 A1 및 A2가 아닌 적어도 하나의 열가소성 폴리머 A3,
(b) 적어도 하나의 안료 B,
(c) 적어도 하나의 힌더드 아민 UV 광 안정화제(hindered amine UV light stabilizer) C1 및 C1과 다른 적어도 하나의 UV 흡수제 C2, 및
(d) 임의로, 성분 B, C1, C2, 및 E가 아닌 추가의 폴리머 첨가제 D, 및
(e) 적어도 하나의 금속 스캐빈저 성분 E를 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여, 적어도 70.0 중량%의 성분 A1, A2, 및 임의로 A3를 포함하고, 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여, 0.5 내지 7.0 중량%의 성분 B를 포함하고, 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여, 0.1 내지 1.5 중량%의 성분 C1 및 C2를 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
(i) 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여, 적어도 87.5 중량%의 A1, A2, 및 임의로 A3,
(ii) 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여, 0.5 내지 7.0 중량%의 성분 B,
(iii) 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여, 0.1 내지 1.5 중량%의 적어도 하나의 힌더드 아민 UV 광 안정화제 C1 및 0.1 내지 1.5 중량%의 C1이 아닌 적어도 하나의 UV 흡수제 C2, 및
(iv) 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여, 0.1 내지 2.5 중량%의 적어도 하나의 추가의 폴리머 첨가제 D,
(v) 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여, 0.1 내지 1.5 중량%의 적어도 하나의 금속 스캐빈저 성분 E를 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 코폴리머 성분 A1이, 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 코폴리머 성분 A1의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여, 5 내지 35 중량%의 아크릴로니트릴 함량을 갖는 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
충격-개질된 그라프트 고무 아크릴로니트릴 스티렌 아크릴레이트 A2가, 충격-개질된 그라프트 고무 아크릴로니트릴 스티렌 아크릴레이트 A2의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여, 40 내지 90 중량%의 그라프트 베이스(graft base) A2.1 및 10 내지 60 중량%의 그라프트 A2.2를 포함하고,
상기 그라프트 베이스 A2.1이
(i) A2.1의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여, 70 내지 99.9 중량%의 n-부틸 아크릴레이트,
(ii) A2.1의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여, 0 내지 30 중량%의 스티렌,
(iii) A2.1의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여, 0.1 내지 5 중량%의 가교제를 포함하고;
상기 그라프트 A2.2가
(iv) A2.2의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여, 65 내지 95 중량%의 스티렌,
(v) A2.2의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여, 5 내지 35 중량%의 아크릴로니트릴을 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
성분 A1 및 A2의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여, 1 내지 70 중량%의 폴리카르보네이트(PC), 폴리아미드(PA), 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 열가소성 폴리머 A3를 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
안료 성분 B가 금속 기반 안료인 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
성분 C2가 벤조페논, 벤조트리아졸, 및 시아노아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
적어도 하나의 성분 E가 적어도 하나의 하이드라지드기를 포함하는 금속 스캐빈저인 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
조성물이 ISO-4892-2에 따른 UV 조사 시에 6000 시간 후에 3.0 또는 그 미만의 색체 전이(color shift) dE를 나타내는 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
조성물이 ISO-4892-3에 따른 UV 조사 시에 6000 시간 후에 4.0 또는 그 미만의 색체 전이 dE를 나타내는 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 청구항 1에 따른 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법으로서, 성분 A1, A2, B, C1, C2, E, 및 임의로 A3, 및 D를 100℃ 내지 300℃의 온도 및 1 내지 150 bar의 압력에서 혼합하는 단계, 및 그에 이어진 반죽 또는 압출하는 단계를 포함하는, 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,
성분 A1, A2, B, C1, C2, E, 및 임의로 A3, 및 D 중 적어도 둘이 사전 혼합되어 마스터배치(masterbatch)를 형성시키는, 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 따른 열가소성 수지 조성물로부터 제조된 성형 물품.
