Abstract
Description

도 3은, 멤브레인 시트를 엠보싱 처리하여 통상적인 공급 이격부 대신 유동 채널을 형성하는, 간극 공간 내의 그리고 침투 이격부 위로 돌출된 3D 인쇄된 재료의 횡단면도이다.
도 4는, 간극 공간 내의, 그리고 2개의 개재된 공급 이격부의 시트들 사이의 침투 이격부를 통해서 돌출되어 인접 층들 사이의 통상적인 공급 이격부와 함께 인접 침투 이격부 시트들 사이의 보다 자유로운 유동 경로를 생성하는, 3D 인쇄된 재료의 횡단면도이다.

Claims (20)
- 역삼투 필터에서 이용하도록 구성된 침투 이격부로서,
두께에 의해서 분리된 제1 및 제2 대향 면을 가지고 길이방향 길이 및 폭방향 폭으로 연장되는 메시-유형 재료의 제1 시트로서, 메시 투과성을 갖는, 제1 시트; 및
메시 투과성보다 작은 특징부 투과성을 갖는 하나 이상의 특징부로서, 상기 하나 이상의 특징부가 메시-유형 재료 내에 배치되고 제1 면으로부터 제2 면까지 연장되며, 역삼투 필터 내에서 이용될 때, 상기 하나 이상의 특징부가 하나 이상의 유체 유동 채널을 상기 제1 시트 내에 형성하도록 구성되는, 하나 이상의 특징부;를 포함하고,
상기 하나 이상의 특징부는 하나 이상의 유체 유동 채널을 형성하고, 상기 유체 유동 채널은, 상기 폭의 제1 영역에서 시작되고, 상기 길이를 따라 소정 거리로 연장되고, 이어서 상기 길이를 따라 상기 폭의 제2 영역으로 복귀되며, 상기 제1 및 제2 영역은 상기 제1 시트의 길이에 대해서 실질적으로 동일한 위치에 있으며,

상기 제2 시트 내의 특징부가 상기 제2 시트의 전체 두께를 통해서 연장되고 상기 제2 시트의 제1 면 위쪽으로 소정 거리로 연장되며;
상기 제1 시트가 상기 제2 시트와 접촉 배치되고, 상기 제1 시트의 제1 면이 상기 제2 시트의 제1 면과 접촉되는, 침투 이격부 제조 방법. - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 제2 시트 내의 특징부가 상기 제2 시트의 전체 두께를 통해서 연장되고 상기 제2 시트의 제1 면 위쪽으로 소정 거리로 연장되며;
상기 제1 시트가 상기 제2 시트와 접촉 배치되고, 상기 제1 시트의 제1 면이 상기 제2 시트의 제1 면과 접촉되지 않는, 침투 이격부 제조 방법. - 제12항 및 제14항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에서와 같은 침투 이격부를 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 침투 이격부를 중앙 유체 유동 채널 주위로 나선형으로 권선하는 단계;를 포함하는 역삼투 필터 제조 방법.
