cont은 일반식이 섭취군을 나타내고, HFG는 고지방식 섭취군을 나타내고, HL40, HL80, HL120은 고지방식 섭취군 중 연잎 추출물 투여량에 따라 구분된다. HL40, 80, 120의 경우 고지방 식이를 하였기에 Cont군보다는 높은 체중증가량을 보여주었지만 동일한 고지방 식이를 한 경우 연잎 추출물 투여량이 높을 수록 체중 증가율이 감소하는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 또한, 간의 총 지질 함량 측정결과 HL120군이 HFG군보다 지질생성량이 낮고, 총 콜레스테롤 함량의 경우에는 Cont군과 HL120군에서 동일한 수치로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 일정 수준 이상의 연잎 추출물 급여 시 총콜레스테롤 수치를 떨어뜨리는데 효과가 있는 것으로 판단되었다. 중성지방의 경우 연잎 추출물을 급여한 모든 군이 HFG군뿐만 아니라 Cont군에 비해서도 낮은 수치를 보였다. 특히 HL120군에서는 HFG군에 비해 그 수치가 절반가량 줄어듦을 볼 수 있었다. cont indicates the general dietary intake group, HFG indicates the high-fat diet intake group, and HL40, HL80, and HL120 are classified according to the dose of lotus leaf extract among the high-fat diet intake group. HL40, 80, and 120 showed a higher weight gain than the Cont group because they were on a high-fat diet. Also, as a result of measuring the total lipid content in the liver, the HL120 group showed lower lipid production than the HFG group, and the total cholesterol content was the same in the Cont group and the HL120 group as the lowest. It was judged to be effective in lowering the total cholesterol level when the lotus leaf extract is fed over a certain level. In the case of triglycerides, all groups fed with lotus leaf extract showed lower values than HFG group as well as Cont group. In particular, in the HL120 group, the number was reduced by about half compared to the HFG group.

두부를 2시간 동안 물에 넣어 염분을 제거하는 과정을 5 내지 6회 반복하는 두부 염분 제거 단계(S10);
상기 S10에서 염분이 제거된 두부를 으깨는 두부 분쇄 단계(S20);
육류에 연잎 가루를 혼합한 후 숙성하는 육류 숙성 단계(S40);
상기 S40 단계에서 숙성된 육류를 분쇄하는 육류 분쇄 단계(S50);
상기 S20 단계에서 분쇄된 두부와 상기 S50 단계에서 분쇄된 육류와 야채 분말을 혼합하는 재료 혼합 단계(S60);
상기 S60 단계의 혼합물을 모양 틀에 넣어 모양을 만드는 성형단계(S70);
상기 S40 단계에서 숙성된 육류를 5 mm 큐브 형상으로 절단하는 육류 절단 단계(S80);
상기 S70 단계에서 성형된 두부판에 상기 S80 단계에서 절단된 육류 큐브를 박아 넣는 육류 결합 단계(S90); 및
상기 S90 단계에서 결합된 결과물을 건조기에 넣고 수분 함량 15%이하로 건조시키는 건조 단계(S100)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 야채와 두부와 육류를 이용한 반려 동물용 간식 제조 방법.
