그 결과, 실시예와 비교예들의 쿠키 섭취 정도를 볼 때 실시예가 기호도가 높은 것을 알 수 있으며, 반면 비교예들은 실시예에 비해 기호도가 낮았으며, 특히 톳 또는 기타성분 중 일부만을 사용하는 경우 기호도가 크게 떨어지는 것을 알 수 있었다(표 1 참조). 1) 톳을 불림, 세척 및 데친 후, 식초로 소독한 다음, 60 ~ 70℃에서 5 ~ 10시간 동안 저온 건조시킨 후, 분쇄하는 단계;
2) 동태살 또는 명태살을 찐 후 식힌 다음, 으깨는 단계;
3) 상기 단계 1)의 분쇄된 톳, 단계 2)의 생선살, 볶은 귀리 가루, 홍합 가루 및 볶은 홍화씨 가루를 혼합하여 반죽한 후 숙성시키는 단계; 및
4) 상기 단계 3)의 숙성된 혼합물을 성형시키는 단계;
를 포함하는 애견용 쿠키의 제조방법.
