Abstract
[해결 수단] 멤브레인 필터를 막 두께 1~1000nm의 박막과, 감광성 조성물로 이루어지는 감광성 조성물 막을 노광 및 현상하여 형성되는 두께 방향으로 관통하는 복수의 공부를 가지는 막 두께 1~1000㎛의 다공막인 지지막이 적층된 구성으로 한다.

Claims (6)
- 단일층의 박막과, 상기 박막을 지지하는 지지막이 적층된 멤브레인 필터로서,
상기 박막의 막 두께는 1~1000nm이며,
상기 박막이 두께 방향으로 관통하는 공부(孔部)를 갖지 않는 단일층의 박막이고,
상기 지지막이 감광성 조성물로 이루어지는 감광성 조성물 막을 노광 및 현상하여 형성되는 두께 방향으로 관통하는 복수의 공부를 가지는 막 두께 1~1000㎛의 다공막인, 멤브레인 필터. - 단일층의 박막과, 상기 박막을 지지하는 지지막이 적층된 멤브레인 필터로서,
상기 박막의 막 두께는 1~1000nm이며,
상기 박막이 두께 방향으로 관통하는 복수의 공부를 가지는 단일층의 박막이고, 상기 복수의 공부에서의 각 관통공의 양단에 상당하는 상기 박막의 표면의 개구부의 형상이 원형이며,
상기 지지막이 감광성 조성물로 이루어지는 감광성 조성물 막을 노광 및 현상하여 형성되는, 두께 방향으로 관통하는 복수의 공부를 가지는, 막 두께 1~1000㎛의 다공막인, 멤브레인 필터. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 박막이 감광성 조성물로 이루어지는 감광성 조성물 막을 노광 및 현상하여 형성되는 수지막인, 멤브레인 필터. - 단일층의 박막과, 상기 박막을 지지하는 지지막을 적층하여서 멤브레인 필터를 형성하는, 멤브레인 필터의 제조 방법으로서,
제1의 희생막을 개재하여 제1의 기판 상에 상기 박막을 형성하는 공정,
상기 박막 상에 제1의 감광성 조성물 막을 형성하는 공정,
상기 제1의 감광성 조성물 막을 노광 및 현상하여 상기 지지막을 형성하는 공정, 및
상기 멤브레인 필터를 상기 제1의 기판으로부터 박리시키는 공정을 포함하며,
상기 제1의 희생막을 용해액에 용해시킴으로써, 상기 멤브레인 필터가 상기 제1의 기판으로부터 박리되고,
상기 박막이 두께 방향으로 관통하는 공부를 갖지 않는 단일층의 박막이며,
상기 박막의 막 두께는 1∼1000nm이고,
상기 지지막이 제1의 감광성 조성물 막을 노광 및 현상하여 형성되는, 두께 방향으로 관통하는 복수의 공부를 가지는, 막 두께 1∼1000㎛의 다공막인, 멤브레인 필터의 제조 방법. - 단일층의 박막과, 상기 박막을 지지하는 지지막을 적층하여서 멤브레인 필터를 형성하는, 멤브레인 필터의 제조 방법으로서,
제1의 희생막을 개재하여 제1의 기판 상에 제2의 감광성 조성물 막을 형성하는 공정,
상기 제2의 감광성 조성물 막을 노광 및 현상하여, 두께 방향으로 관통하는 복수의 공부를 갖는 수지막인 상기 박막을 형성하는 공정,
상기 박막 중의 상기 공부에 감광성 조성물이 충전되도록, 상기 박막 상에 제1의 감광성 조성물 막을 형성하는 공정,
상기 제1의 감광성 조성물 막을 상기 공부에 충전된 상기 감광성 조성물이 노광되도록 위치 선택적으로 노광한 후에 현상하여 상기 지지막을 형성하는 공정, 및
상기 멤브레인 필터를 상기 제1의 기판으로부터 박리시키는 공정을 포함하며,
상기 제1의 희생막을 용해액에 용해시킴으로써, 상기 멤브레인 필터가 상기 제1의 기판으로부터 박리되고,
상기 박막이 두께 방향으로 관통하는 복수의 공부를 가지는 단일층의 박막이며, 상기 복수의 공부에서의 각 관통공의 양단에 상당하는 상기 박막의 표면의 개구부의 형상이 원형이고,
상기 박막의 막 두께는 1∼1000nm이며,
상기 지지막이 제1의 감광성 조성물 막을 노광 및 현상하여 형성되는, 두께 방향으로 관통하는 복수의 공부를 가지는, 막 두께 1∼1000㎛의 다공막인, 멤브레인 필터의 제조 방법. - 청구항 4 또는 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 희생막이 스티렌계 엘라스토머를 포함하고, 또한 상기 용해액이 탄화수소계 용매인, 멤브레인 필터의 제조 방법.
