피부 자극 실험은 첩포시험(patch-test)을 실시하였으며, 20~30대 일반 여성 20명을 대상으로 팔 안쪽에 상기 실시예 1~3의 천연 에센셜 오일조성물을 마카다미아 오일에 1%로 적용, 비교예는 마카다미아 오일만 적용하여 첩포를 부착한 후, 4시간이 지난 뒤 첩포를 떼어내고, 떼어낸 지 1시간 후에 다음과 같은 판정에 따라 피부 자극의 정도를 점수화하였다. 그 기준과 점수의 평균을 [표 4] 및 [표 5]에 각각 나타내었다.The skin irritation experiment was conducted with a patch-test, and the natural essential oil composition of Examples 1 to 3 was applied to macadamia oil at 1% on the inside of the arm for 20 general women in their 20s and 30s, and compared.
