- 무독성 폴리우레탄 오링 제조방법에 있어서,
폴리올, 가교제, 토너 및 중탄으로 혼합된 경화제(100) 준비단계(S10); 상기 경화제 준비단계 후, 경화제 량을 계측하는 경화제 계측단계(S11); 상기 경화제 계측단계 후, 경화제를 가열하는 가열단계(S12); 소포제 및 주석계 에스테르 촉매로 혼합된 촉매제(200) 준비단계(S20); 상기 촉매제 준비단계 후, 촉매제 량을 계측하는 촉매제 계측단계(S21); 상기 촉매제 계측단계 후,촉매제를 가열하는 예열단계(S22); 상기 가열단계 및 상기 예열단계 후, 폴리우레탄 예비중합체에 경화제 및 촉매제를 중합하는 중합단계(S30); 상기 경화제 100중량%를 기준으로 폴리올 40 내지 50 중량%, 가교제 2 내지 5 중량%, 토너 2 내지 5 중량%, 잔량으로 중탄이 화합되는 것; 상기 가교제는 레조르시놀의 프로필렌옥사이드 3 내지 4몰, 트리메틸올프로판의 프로필렌옥사이드 1 내지 2몰, 트리메틸올프로판의 에틸렌옥사이드 1 내지 2 몰, 글리세린의 프로필렌옥사이드 3 내지 4몰 중 선택된 어느 하나로 이루어지는 폴리우레탄 제조방법으로 제조된 무독성폴리우레탄액을 탈형된 오링하부금형에 주입하는 액주입단계(S100);
상기 액주입단계 후, 오링상부금형을 상기 오링하부금형에 합형하는 합형단계(S200);
상기 합형단계 후, 상기 오링상부금형을 가압하는 가압단계(S300);
상기 가압단계 중, 오링하부금형 및 오링상부금형을 가열하는 가열단계(S400);
상기 가압단계 및 가열단계 후, 오링상부금형을 탈형하여 오링을 분리하는 분리단계(S500);
상기 가압단계는 프레스 금형에 의해 가압되며, 상기 프레스 금형의 압력은 2단압력단계로 이루어지는 것;
상기 가열단계 중, 상기 가열온도는 섭씨 100 도시 내지 120도시 범위에서 이루어지는 것;
상기 가압단계 및 가열단계는 20분 내지 40분의 시간 동안 이루어지는 것;
를 포함하는 무독성 폴리우레탄 오링 제조방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 분리단계 후, 오링을 밀폐챔버에 수용하여 가열하는 열처리단계(S600);
상기 열처리단계 후, 숙성된 오링을 상온에서 숙성하는 숙성단계(S700);를 포함하는 무독성 폴리우레탄 오링 제조방법.
