Claims (10)
- TPU 합금 재료의 단일 공정 상용화 제조공정에 있어서,
1) 100 중량부의 TPU 원료를 미리 혼합한 후 이축압출기의 재료투입구에 투입하고, 5-95 중량부의 합금 성분과 0.1-10 중량부의 이중활성물질을 사이드피더(side-feeder)를 통해 이축압출기에 주입하되, 두 과정은 선후 순서가 없으며, 0.1-5 중량부의 보조제를 TPU 원료 또는 합금 성분과 이중활성물질의 혼합물에 투입하는 단계로서, 상기 합금 성분은 폴리올레핀 재료 및 반응 활성을 갖는 열가소성 고분자 재료 중의 하나이고, 상기 이중활성물질은 TPU 원료와 반응할 수 있는 작용기를 함유하면서 상기 합금 성분과 반응할 수 있는 작용기도 함유하는 물질이며, 상기 보조제는 개시제를 포함하는, 단계;
2) 이축압출기의 반응구역 온도를 50℃-250℃로 제어하여, 압출 후의 물질을 수중 절단하여 조립하는 단계; 및
3) 단계 2)에서 획득된 조립 후의 제품을 건조시켜 획득하는 단계
를 포함하는, TPU 합금 재료의 단일 공정 상용화 제조공정. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이중활성물질은 산무수물 기, 카르복실-COOH, 하이드록실-OH, 아미노-NH 또는 -NH2, 이소시아네이트기-NCO, 및 에폭시 기 중의 일종 또는 다종을 함유한 화합물인, TPU 합금 재료의 단일 공정 상용화 제조공정. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 이중활성물질은 말레산무수물, 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트, 아크릴산, 메틸 메타크릴레이트, 부틸 아크릴레이트, 아크릴아미드, 알릴 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 아미노산, 및 에폭시 수지 중의 하나인, TPU 합금 재료의 단일 공정 상용화 제조공정. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반응 활성을 갖는 열가소성 고분자 재료는 폴리아미드, ABS 수지, TPE, 및 폴리아크릴레이트 중의 하나인, TPU 합금 재료의 단일 공정 상용화 제조공정. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리올레핀 재료는 SEBS, SBS, PP, PE, EVA, POE, 및 EPDM 중의 하나인, TPU 합금 재료의 단일 공정 상용화 제조공정. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 TPU 원료는 중합체 폴리올, 체인증량제, 및 이소시아네이트를 포함하는, TPU 합금 재료의 단일 공정 상용화 제조공정. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 중합체 폴리올은 폴리에스테르 폴리올, 폴리에테르 폴리올, 및 HTPB(Hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene) 중의 일종 또는 다종의 복합 배합이며, 상기 체인증량제는 12개 이하의 탄소 원자를 함유한 소분자 디올 또는 디아민류인, TPU 합금 재료의 단일 공정 상용화 제조공정. - 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,
상기 체인증량제는 에틸렌글리콜, 1,3-프로판디올, 1,3-부탄디올, 1,4-부탄디올, 1,6-헥산디올, 1,4-시클로헥산디메탄올, 디에틸렌글리콜, 트리에틸렌글리콜, 네오펜틸글리콜, 및 디프로필렌글리콜 중의 일종 또는 다종의 복합이고; 상기 이소시아네이트는 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트(TDI), 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트(MDI), 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트(HDI), 디시클로헥실메탄 디이소시아네이트(H12MDI), 이소포론 디이소시아네이트(IPDI), 및 크실릴렌 디이소시아네이트(XDI) 중의 일종 또는 다종의 복합인, TPU 합금 재료의 단일 공정 상용화 제조공정. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보조제는 항산화제, 윤활제, 및 내UV성 보조제를 더 포함하는, TPU 합금 재료의 단일 공정 상용화 제조공정. - 제1항에 있어서,
단계 2) 중의 상기 이축압출기의 회전속도는 80-400rpm으로 제어되고, 강온구역의 온도는 90-110℃로 제어되는, TPU 합금 재료의 단일 공정 상용화 제조공정.
