도 3은 본원의 일 실시형태에 따른 유압 동력 회수 터빈의 회전 축을 따라 취한 단면도를 보여주고;
도 4는 도 3의 유압 동력 회수 터빈의 구동 단부측의 확대도를 보여주며;
도 5는 도 4의 선 V-V를 따라 취하여 본 모습을 보여준다.
Claims (21)
- 유압 동력 회수 터빈으로서,
케이싱;
상기 케이싱 내에서 회전하도록 배치되어 있는 로터로서, 로터 샤프트와 상기 로터 샤프트에 장착된 적어도 하나의 임펠러를 포함하는 로터;
장착 플랜지를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 구동-단부 베어링 하우징으로서, 상기 장착 플랜지는 상기 구동-단부 베어링 하우징을 상기 케이싱에 연결하기 위한 것인, 적어도 하나의 구동-단부 베어링 하우징;
상기 로터 샤프트를 회전 지지하며 상기 구동-단부 베어링 하우징에 배치되어 있는 적어도 하나의 구동-단부 베어링
을 포함하고,
상기 구동-단부 베어링 하우징에는, 클러치와, 샤프트 허브 내에 장착되는 적어도 한 쌍의 베어링을 가지는 샤프트 허브가 배치되어 있으며;
상기 클러치는 구동-단부 베어링 하우징으로부터 연장되어 있는 유압 동력 회수 터빈의 출력 샤프트에 상기 로터 샤프트를 연결하는 것인 유압 동력 회수 터빈. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클러치는 오버러닝 클러치인 것인 유압 동력 회수 터빈.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 클러치와 상기 구동-단부 베어링을 윤활하는 단일 윤활 시스템을 더 포함하는 유압 동력 회수 터빈.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 클러치는 내륜과 외륜을 포함하는 것인 유압 동력 회수 터빈.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 내륜 및 외륜 중 어느 하나는 로터 샤프트에 대해 비틀림 구속되어 있고, 상기 내륜 및 외륜 중 다른 하나는 상기 출력 샤프트에 연결되어 있는 것인 유압 동력 회수 터빈.
- 제4항에 있어서, 클러치의 내륜이 출력 샤프트에 비틀림 연결되어 있고 클러치의 외륜이 로터 샤프트에 비틀림 연결되어 있거나, 혹은 그 반대인 것인 유압 동력 회수 터빈.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 내륜과 상기 외륜은 상기 적어도 한 쌍의 베어링에 의해 축방향으로 정렬되는 것인 유압 동력 회수 터빈.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 베어링은 구름 베어링인 것인 유압 동력 회수 터빈.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 샤프트 허브는 클러치의 외륜을 상기 로터 샤프트와 상기 출력 샤프트 중의 어느 하나에 대해 비틀림 구속하게 하는 것인 유압 동력 회수 터빈.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 베어링은 구름 베어링이고, 각 구름 베어링이 각각의 외측 베어링 레이스와 각각의 내측 베어링 레이스를 구비하고; 외측 베어링 레이스는 샤프트 허브에 장착되며, 내측 베어링 레이스는 상기 로터 샤프트와 출력 샤프트 중의 다른 하나에 장착되는 것인 유압 동력 회수 터빈.
- 제9항에 있어서, 클러치는 두 베어링의 사이에 배치되는 것인 유압 동력 회수 터빈.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 샤프트 허브는 상기 베어링들 중의 제1의 베어링을 수용하는 컵 형상의 플랜지와, 상기 베어링들 중의 제2의 베어링을 수용하며 컵 형상의 플랜지에 대해 구속되어 있는 고정 링을 포함하고, 클러치의 외륜은 컵 형상의 플랜지와 고정 링의 사이에 구속되는 것인 유압 동력 회수 터빈.
- 제12항에 있어서, 컵 형상의 플랜지는 유압 동력 회수 터빈의 로터 샤프트에 대해 비틀림 구속되는 것인 유압 동력 회수 터빈.
- 제4항에 있어서, 클러치의 외륜이 로터 샤프트에 대해 비틀림 구속되어 있고, 클러치의 내륜이 출력 샤프트에 대해 비틀림 구속되어 있는 것인 유압 동력 회수 터빈.
- 회전 장비 구동 장치로서,
회전 장비와,
상기 회전 장비를 구동하기 위한 동력을 제공하도록 배치되어 있는 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 유압 동력 회수 터빈
을 포함하는 회전 장비 구동 장치. - 제15항에 있어서, 회전 장비에 구동 연결되는 주 구동부를 더 포함하고, 유압 동력 회수 터빈은 상기 회전 장비를 구동하기 위한 보충 동력을 제공하며, 이에 따라 주 구동부로부터 요구되는 동력이 감소되는 것인 회전 장비 구동 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 주 구동부는 전기 모터를 포함하는 것인 회전 장비 구동 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 주 구동부와 회전 장비 사이에 배치된 기어박스를 더 포함하는 회전 장비 구동 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 주 구동부는, 상기 회전 장비에 구동 연결된 제1 단부와, 유압 동력 회수 터빈의 클러치를 통해 유압 동력 회수 터빈에 구동 연결 가능한 제2 단부를 갖는 구동부 샤프트를 포함하는 것인 회전 장비 구동 장치.
- 제19항에 있어서, 구동부 샤프트의 제1 단부를 회전 장비에 연결하는 적어도 하나의 제1 축 이음과, 유압 동력 회수 터빈의 출력 샤프트를 구동부 샤프트의 제2 단부에 연결하는 제2 축 이음을 더 포함하는 회전 장비 구동 장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 회전 장비는 펌프인 것인 회전 장비 구동 장치.
