Claims (21)
- 油圧動力回収タービンであって、
ケーシングと、
前記ケーシング内で回転するように配置されたロータであって、ロータ軸および前記ロータ軸に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの羽根車を含むロータと、
駆動側軸受ハウジングを前記ケーシングに連結する取り付けフランジを含む少なくとも1つの駆動側軸受ハウジングと、
前記駆動側軸受ハウジング内に配置され、前記ロータ軸を回転可能に支持する少なくとも1つの駆動側軸受と、
を含み、
前記駆動側軸受ハウジング内には、クラッチと、内部に2つの軸受が取付けられた軸ハブとが配置され、前記クラッチは、前記ロータ軸を前記駆動側軸受ハウジングから延在する前記油圧動力回収タービンの出力軸に連結する、
油圧動力回収タービン。 - 前記クラッチは、オーバーランニングクラッチである、請求項1に記載の油圧動力回収タービン。
- 前記クラッチおよび前記駆動側軸受を潤滑するための単一の潤滑システムをさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の油圧動力回収タービン。
- 前記クラッチは、インナーレースおよびアウターレースを含む、請求項1または2または3に記載の油圧動力回収タービン。
- 前記インナーレースおよび前記アウターレースの一方は前記ロータ軸に拘束され、前記インナーレースおよび前記アウターレースの他方は前記出力軸に連結される、請求項4に記載の油圧動力回収タービン。
- 前記クラッチの前記インナーレースは前記出力軸に結合され、前記クラッチの前記アウターレースは前記ロータ軸に結合され、あるいはその逆である、請求項4または5に記載の油圧動力回収タービン。
- 前記インナーレースおよび前記アウターレースは、前記2つの軸受により軸方向に整列される、請求項4または5または6に記載の油圧動力回収タービン。
- 前記軸受は、転がり軸受である、請求項7に記載の油圧動力回収タービン。
- 前記軸ハブは、前記ロータ軸および前記出力軸の一方に前記クラッチの前記アウターレースを拘束する、請求項7または8に記載の油圧動力回収タービン。
- 各転がり軸受は、それぞれのアウター軸受レースおよびそれぞれのインナー軸受レースを有し、前記アウター軸受レースは、前記軸ハブに取り付けられ、前記インナー軸受レースは、前記ロータ軸および前記出力軸の他方に取り付けられる、請求項8に従属する場合の請求項9に記載の油圧動力回収タービン。
- 前記クラッチは、前記2つの軸受の間に配置される、請求項9または10に記載の油圧動力回収タービン。
- 前記軸ハブは、前記軸受のうちの第1の軸受を収容するカップ状フランジと、前記カップ状フランジに拘束され、前記軸受のうちの第2の軸受を収容する固定リングと、を含み、前記クラッチの前記アウターレースは、前記カップ状フランジと前記固定リングとの間に拘束される、請求項9、10、または11に記載の油圧動力回収タービン。
- 前記カップ状フランジは、前記油圧動力回収タービンの前記ロータ軸に拘束される、請求項12に記載の油圧動力回収タービン。
- 前記クラッチの前記アウターレースは前記ロータ軸に拘束され、前記クラッチの前記インナーレースは前記出力軸に拘束される、請求項4乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の油圧動力回収タービン。
- 回転機器と、前記回転機器を駆動するための動力を提供するように構成された、請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の油圧動力回収タービンと、を含む回転機器を駆動する構成。
- 前記回転機器に駆動連結された主駆動装置をさらに含み、前記油圧動力回収タービンは、前記回転機器を駆動するための補助動力を提供し、前記主駆動装置から必要とされる動力を低減する、請求項15に記載の構成。
- 前記主駆動装置は電動モータを含む、請求項16に記載の構成。
- 前記主駆動装置と前記回転機器との間に配置されたギヤボックスをさらに含む、請求項16または17に記載の構成。
- 前記主駆動装置は、前記回転機器に駆動連結された第1の端部と、前記油圧動力回収タービンの前記クラッチを介して前記油圧動力回収タービンに駆動連結可能な第2の端部と、を有する駆動軸を含む、請求項16、17、または18に記載の構成。
- 前記駆動軸の前記第1の端部を前記回転機器に連結する少なくとも1つの第1の軸継手と、前記油圧動力回収タービンの前記出力軸を前記駆動軸の前記第2の端部に連結する第2の軸継手と、をさらに含む、請求項19に記載の構成。
- 前記回転機器はポンプである、請求項15乃至20のいずれか1項に記載の構成。
