치아시드 추출물의 건조분말을 제외한 나머지 파우더 조성물을 혼합하는 제1단계;
혼합된 파우더 조성물에 바실러스 균액을 살포하고 상온(18-20℃)에서 48시간 자연숙성시키는 제2단계;
자연숙성이 완료되면 3eV의 전자선을 조사하여 남은 바실러스균을 완전히 살균하고, 동시에 건조하는 제3단계;
제3단계 후, 상기 제1단계에서 배제시켰던 치아시드 추출물의 건조분말을 계량분만큼 첨가 혼합하는 제4단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원적외선을 방출하는 파우더 제조방법.
