Claims (11)
- 내연기관을 위한 연료 인젝터(100)용 제어 밸브(10)로서, 상기 제어 밸브는 밸브 시트(12)를 구비한 밸브 피스(11)뿐만 아니라, 밸브 시트(12)와 상호작용하는 행정 운동형 밸브 폐쇄 전기자(20)를 포함하고, 밸브 피스(11) 내에는 원형 횡단면을 갖는 배출 보어(30)가 형성되며, 이 배출 보어는 지름(d1)을 가지면서 스로틀(31)로서 이용되는 제1 영역과, 디퓨저(32)로서 이용되는 제2 영역과, 지름(d3)을 가지면서 후속 유동 기하구조(33)로서 이용되는 제3 영역을 포함하며, 상기 제2 영역은 적어도 지름(d2)을 갖는 섹션을 포함하고, 이때 d1 < d2 < d3가 적용되는, 연료 인젝터용 제어 밸브에 있어서,
후속 유동 기하구조(33)로서 이용되는 제3 영역(B3)은 길이(l3)를 가지고, 비율(l3/d3)에 대해 2 < l3/d3 < 4가 적용되며,
디퓨저(32)로서 이용되는 제2 영역은 이중 디퓨저로서 형성되고, 지름(d2a)을 가지면서 스로틀(31)에 연결되는 제1 디퓨저(32a)와 지름(d2b)을 갖는 제2 디퓨저(32b)를 구비한 2개의 원통형 섹션을 가지며, 이때 d2b > d2a이고,
제2 디퓨저(32b)의 관류 횡단면의 크기는 제1 디퓨저(32a)의 관류 횡단면의 크기의 2배인 것을 특징으로 하는, 연료 인젝터용 제어 밸브(10). - 제1항에 있어서, 후속 유동 기하구조(33)의 지름(d3)은 1.0㎜ 내지 1.5㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는, 연료 인젝터용 제어 밸브(10).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스로틀(31)은 0.80㎜의 길이(l1)를 가지며, 상기 스로틀(31)의 지름(d1)은 0.25㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는, 연료 인젝터용 제어 밸브(10).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 디퓨저(32a)는 길이(l2a)를 가지며, 그 길이/지름 비율(l2a/d2a)이 1인 것을 특징으로 하는, 연료 인젝터용 제어 밸브(10).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2 디퓨저(32b)는 길이(l2b)를 가지며, 그 길이/지름 비율(l2b/d2b)이 1인 것을 특징으로 하는, 연료 인젝터용 제어 밸브(10).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 디퓨저(32a)의 지름(d2a)은 0.35㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는, 연료 인젝터용 제어 밸브(10).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2 디퓨저(32b)의 지름(d2b)은 0.50㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는, 연료 인젝터용 제어 밸브(10).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제어 밸브(10)는 압력 보상형 밸브로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연료 인젝터용 제어 밸브(10).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 제어 밸브(10)를 구비한 연료 인젝터(100)로서, 상기 제어 밸브(10)는 솔레노이드 밸브로서 형성되는, 연료 인젝터(100).
