Abstract
본 발명은 MGV(2)의 콘트롤부에 설치된 동작버튼과, 상기 동작버튼 온시 MGV의 하방으로 내려와 중앙바퀴(10)(11)와 후방바퀴(8)(9)를 10mm정도 들어올려 전방바퀴(6)(7)와 함께 일정각도로 구동하며, MGV(2)의 도킹 핀(3)이 도킹바(1a)의 도킹홈(4)에 삽입시 다시 상방으로 이동하여 원위치되는 회전바퀴(12)와, 상기 MGV(2)의 도킹핀(3)이 도킹바(1)(1a)의 도킹홈(4)(5)에 정확히 삽입시 이를 감지하는 도킹 센서(S1)(S2)로 이루어진다.

- 삭제
- 도킹홈(4)(5)을 가진 도킹바(1)(1a)에 도킹센서(S1)(S2)가 구비되고, MGV(2)에는 전방바퀴(6)(7)와 중앙바퀴(10)(11) 및 후방바퀴(8)(9)를 구비하여 동작버튼과 제어부를 통해 MGV(2)를 제어하도록 한 MGV자동 도킹 장치에 있어서,
MGV(2)의 우측 도킹핀(3)이 도킹바(1)의 도킹홈(5)에 도킹시 회전바퀴(12)가 하강하여 중앙바퀴(10)(11)와 후방바퀴(8)(9)가 10mm 상승됨과 함께 상기 회전바퀴(12)의 회전과 전방바퀴(6)(7)의 이동에 의해 MGV(2)가 a각도 만큼 좌측으로 회전하여 좌측 도킹핀(3)이 도킹바(1a)의 도킹홈(4)에 삽입되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 MGV 자동 도킹 장치.
