Description
도 2는 0.01μM 내지 100μM 농도에서 리퀴리티제닌(liquiritigenin)의 세포독성 여부를 확인한 그래프이다.
도 3은 0.1μM 내지 10μM 농도에서 리퀴리티제닌의 세포 생존력 범위를 확인한 그래프이다.
도 4는 NaCl, 리퀴리티제닌(LIQ) 및 덱사메타손(DEX) 처리의 IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, TNFα, MUC1, MUC4, MUC5AC 및 MUC7의 발현에 대한 효과를 나타낸다.

- 리퀴리티제닌(liquiritigenin)을 포함하는 염증성 안구표면질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 있어서,
상기 염증성 안구표면질환은 안구건조증인 것인 염증성 안구표면질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 염증성 사이토카인을 감소시키는 것인 염증성 안구표면질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 손상된 각막세포를 재생하는 것인 염증성 안구표면질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 용액, 현탁액, 에멀젼, 리포좀, 산제, 분말제, 과립제, 정제, 서방형 제제, 점안제(eye drop) 및 캡슐제로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 제형인 것인 염증성 안구표면질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물.
