Claims (14)
- 반응영역을 구비한 반응기 본체;
상기 반응영역 상단에 구비된 원료 공급부;
상기 반응영역을 가열하기 위한 가열수단; 및
상기 반응영역 하단에 설치되는 탄소나노튜브 집합체 배출부;를
를 포함하며,
상기 반응영역은 나선형이고, 상기 원료가 반응기 본체 내에서 나선형으로 하향 유동하면서 탄화 및 흑연화됨으로써 탄소나노튜브의 연속 집합체를 형성하고,
상기 반응기 본체가 나선형 반응기로 이루어져 있는 것인 탄소나노튜브 집합체 제조장치. - 삭제

상기 배출부의 하류에 권취 수단을 더 구비하는 것인 탄소나노튜브 집합체 제조장치. - 제1항, 제4항, 제5항, 제7항 및 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 장치를 사용하여 탄소나노튜브 집합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 방법은
상기 공급부를 통해 원료를 운반가스와 함께 반응영역으로 주입하는 단계;
상기 반응영역으로 주입된 원료는 반응영역을 나선형으로 하향 이동하면서 반응하여 탄소나노튜브의 집합체를 연속적으로 형성하는 단계; 및
형성된 탄소나노튜브 집합체를 상기 배출부를 통하여 수집하는 단계;를 포함하는, 탄소나노튜브 집합체 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 탄소나노튜브의 집합체는 초기에는 중공형 튜브 형상의 탄소나노튜브 에어로겔로 형성되나 상기 배출부 하류에 구비된 권취수단에 의해 인장력이 가해지면서 수축하여 섬유 형태로 얻어지는 것인 탄소나노튜브 집합체의 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 공급관으로 주입되는 운반 가스의 선속도가 10 내지 5000 cm/min인 것인 탄소나노튜브 집합체 제조방법. - 삭제
