본 발명은 현재까지 버려지고 있는 한방약제의 찌꺼기를 대상으로 재활용시키는 가공제품에 관한 것으로서 불에 다리고 추출한 탕제의 찌꺼기를 버리지 않고 수거하여 사료, 또는 비료로 사용되고 있는 것을 보다 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 고급비료로 개발하여 입자형태로 가공한 후 유통시키려는 제조공법에 관한 발명이다.
최근의 국내여건은 세계화에 의해 가축사육이 어려워지고 농작물생산도 전망이 어두워지면서 사료용으로 제조하기란 수량이 적어 경비문제로 어렵고 비료의 활용도 꺼리고 있어서 자칫 쓰레기로 처리될 상황을 감안하여 화예용으로 사용되는 신제품으로 개발하여 고가의 재료로 제조한다면 버리지 않고 재활용이 되므로 새로운 상품개발이 필연적으로 필요하게 되어 진 것이다.
이러한 여건을 감안하여 가정에서 소일삼아 여가활동으로 키우는 난, 또는 화분에 사용할 기능성비료로 개발하게 되므로 한의원이나 탕약을 제조하는 전문조제장소에서 버려질 한방약제 부산물을 수거하여 분쇄한 후 이를 토양과 석분재료들과 혼합하고 성형시켜 둥근 입자비료로 제조한 후 소량씩 포장하여 유통시킨다면 화예용으로 판매될 수 있고 비료냄새보다 한방약제 냄새로 인하여 집안의 각종 냄새를 무마시켜줄 수 있어서 다양한 기능성 비료로 유통이 가능할 뿐 아니라 버려지는 한약부산물을 재활용함은 물론 이로써 친환경개선 효과에 기대되는 바 크다.
