Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 본 발명에 따른 배기가스의 처리시스템의 구동시 종래 공정에서 배출된 연소가스와 실리카겔탑에서 배출된 연소가스의 먼지량을 측정한 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 본 발명에 따른 배기가스의 처리시스템의 구동시 종래 공정에서 배출된 연소가스와 실리카겔탑에서 배출된 연소가스의 수분량을 측정한 것이다.

Claims (5)
- 고온의 연소가스를 발생시키는 연소기;
상기 연소기로부터 배출되는 연소가스 중의 산성가스를 처리하기 위한 SCR/SDR설비;
상기 SCR/SDR설비로부터 배출되는 연소가스 중 조대 분진을 제거하는 사이클론;
상기 사이클론으로부터 배출되는 연소가스를 아미노 실란계 화합물과 접촉시켜 사이클론으로 제거하지 못한 연소가스 중 미세 분진을 응집시켜 조대화하기 위한 응집조;
상기 응집조로부터 배출되는 연소가스 중 조대화된 분진을 제거하기 위한 세라믹 필터;
상기 세라믹 필터로부터 배출되는 산화된 연소가스의 폐열을 회수하기 위한 열교환기;
상기 열교환기로부터 배출되는 연소가스로부터 2차적으로 열을 회수하는 공기예열기;
상기 공기예열기로부터 배출되는 연소가스 중 미세 분진을 제거하기 위한 전기집진기; 및
상기 전기집진기로부터 배출되는 연소가스 중 수분을 제거하기 위한 실리카겔탑을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 처리시스템.
- 상기 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 전기집진기로부터 배출되는 연소가스 중 수분을 응축시키기 위한 열교환기; 상기 열교환기로부터 배출되는 연소가스 중 포화수증기량을 증가시키기 위한 재가열기; 및 상기 재가열기로부터 배출되는 연소가스의 수분을 제거하기 위한 실리카겔탑을 추가로 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 처리시스템.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 아미노 실란계 화합물은 디메틸실릴디메틸아민, N,N-디메틸트리메틸실릴아민, 헥사메틸디실라잔, N,O-비스(트리메틸실릴)트리플루오로아세트아마이드 및 비스(디메틸아미노)디메틸실란으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 처리시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 필터는 500℃ 이상의 내열성을 갖는 소재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 처리시스템.
