Description
도 2는 비교예 1의 전해질 시트를 이용하여 제작한 코인 셀의 교류 임피던스의 경시 변화를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 3은 실시예2-1-1∼2-1-7의 전해질 시트의 소성 온도에 대한 리튬이온 전도율의 관계를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 4는 실시예2-2-2∼2-2-5의 전해질 시트의 단면 SEM상(像)이다.
도 5는 실시예2-2-1∼2-2-6, 실시예 4의 전해질 시트의 피복층 두께에 대한 리튬 이온 전도율의 관계를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 6은 실시예2-2-3의 전해질 시트를 이용하여 제작한 코인 셀을 25℃에서 100시간 유지시킨 후, 85℃에서 12시간 가열한 경우의 셀 저항의 경시 변화를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 7은 실시예2-2-3의 전해질 시트를 이용하여 제작한 코인 셀을 85℃에서 6시간 가열한 경우의 셀 저항의 경시 변화를 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (8)
- Li, Ti, Al, P 및 O를 포함하는 NASICON형 결정 구조를 가지는 기재 상에, Li, Zr, P 및O를 포함하며 원료 유래의 제1 천이 금속을 포함하지 않는 NASICON형 결정 구조를 가지는 피복층이 형성되어 있고,
상기 기재를 구성하는 원소가 상기 피복층으로 열확산하여, 상기 기재와 함께 소성한 후의 상기 피복층의 최표면에서의 제1 천이 금속의 농도가 상기 기재에서의 제1 천이 금속의 농도의 1/4 이하가 될 정도로 조성이 경사져 있는 고용체가 형성되어 있으며,
상기 피복층은 두께가 0.5㎛ 이상 5㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질 시트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기재는 Zr, Y, Si 및 B로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종류 이상의 원소를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질 시트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피복층은 Ca와 Y중 적어도 하나를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질 시트. - Li 함유 화합물, Ti 함유 화합물, Al 함유 화합물 및 P 함유 화합물을 포함하는 원료를 소성하여, NASICON형 결정 구조를 가지는 기재를 제작하는 공정과,
Li 함유 화합물, Zr 함유 화합물 및 P 함유 화합물을 포함하며 제1 천이 금속 함유 화합물을 포함하지 않는 원료를 소성하여, NASICON형 결정 구조를 가지며 두께가 0.5㎛ 이상 5㎛ 이하인 피복층을 상기 기재 상에 형성하는 공정과,
상기 피복층을 상기 기재와 함께 소성함으로써, 상기 기재를 구성하는 원소가 상기 피복층으로 열확산하여 상기 기재와 함께 소성한 후의 상기 피복층의 최표면에서의 제1 천이 금속의 농도가 상기 기재에서의 제1 천이 금속의 농도의 1/4 이하가 될 정도로 조성이 경사져 있는 고용체를 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질 시트 제조방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전해질 시트의 제조방법으로서,
기재용 원료 슬러리 또는 혼련물을 시트 형상 성형체로 성형하는 공정과,
상기 시트 형상 성형체를 소성하여 기재로 하는 공정과,
상기 기재에 피복층용 도포액을 도포하여 피막층을 형성하는 공정과,
상기 피막층을 형성한 상기 기재를 소성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질 시트 제조방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전해질 시트의 제조방법으로서,
기재용 원료 슬러리 또는 혼련물을 시트 형상 성형체로 성형하는 공정과,
상기 시트 형상 성형체에 피복층용 도포액을 도포하여 피막층을 형성하는 공정과,
상기 피막층을 형성한 상기 시트 형상 성형체를 소성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질 시트 제조방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전해질 시트를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
